I had a damaged bracelet from this company and contacted them about repairing it however they offered to replace it immediately. I had a new bracelet within a week. The service was first class and the bracelet was top quality. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Bit of an issue with royal mail delivering the item as it never showed up, upon contacting kraken they sent a temp replacement as the one I had ordered was not in stock, replacement soon followed

My last purchase the bracelet was late due to no fault of kraken and once emailed they sent another bracelet out no questions asked due to a fault royal mails side.A great personal touch from a great company I have used more than once and will recommend to anyone.

I lost the pin of my bracelet and they kindly and quickly replaced it.

I purchased a couple of Kraken bracelets a few months ago, and love them. I was devastated when I lost the fastening pin off one of them a few days ago.

I messaged the Kraken team hoping to be able to buy a replacement pin, and the very next day I received one through the post - completely free of charge!

This company could teach a lot of the bigger companies a lot about customer service. I’m already planning to order more as they have proved they value me as a customer.
