No response to multiple attempts to cancel a order
Very poor service; multiple attempts to cancel an order via email and contact form, but without a response. I will likely have to take legal action to reclaim the payment already made. I strongly advise against making purchases from this online shop.

Fast shipment with the ordered goods. Inventory let you order stuff not in storage, but this was rapidly fixed by email contact byt the seller. I can recommend based on two succesful purchases.

What excellence looks like
Had an issue completing my purchase and contacted Krale and they answered me with half an hour. But the most impressive thing is how fast they shipped my order! They shipped it on Feb 27 and tracking said I would receive it on March 2. I thought this was an error: Staphorst The Netherlands to Skandia MI USA in 4 days? No way! Boy, was I wrong in the best way! There it was on my doorstep on March 2, just as promised! Jeroen and everyone else at the Krale Shop, you guys are the best! Thank you so much!! Steven
