Let me start by saying I have the utmost respect and appreciation for the service I've received from Krale—fast shipping, well-packaged, and excellent communications throughout. The costs, even with the new tariffs, are still reasonable, especially for products that are often unavailable or out of stock here in the United States. I've suggested to Krale that a pre-shipment inspection could catch things like missing hardware—perhaps even as an optional paid service for international orders.

I had one thin of pellets that had damage and I send pictures and I got email to inform they would send me a new one. One day later it came at my house in Belgium.

I'm extremely happy with my purchase from Krale.
I ordered my Weihrauch on a Tuesday, and it was here in Virginia on Friday. UPS sat on it for a few days due to snow, but that's ok. I finally got my HW97 K in .22 which I could not find in the US. Price was good but unfortunately had to pay for our stupid president's tariffs.

The only reason I bought from Krale was because they were cheaper than my local shops. What no one told me was that there was a hidden $83 import fee that I had to pay days after I placed my order. I tried reaching back out to Krale about this but suddenly now they are taking days and days to respond, or not responding at all.

From Davide Portugal i have bought lot of item with Krale. for me tis the Best webshop for sport shooting in Europe in all aspects.
The customer service is also excellent, something that many underestimate when buying online looking for the lowest price... if something happens with the order or you have problems with the item you can't get away with it!

I believe you need to do more modifications on the 35 cal. 800 mm barrel silencer which need to be more smooth
