Online experience not quite as good as instore (Derby).
However Apple are to blame for that. Find it hard to believe that they (Apple) were not better prepared for orders for their new iPhone 17 range and companies had to wait so long for deliveries. I suggest that Apple take an audit of their performance in this matter.

There is no point contacting the director who seems to reply to some messages. The director can’t talk and even when you ask for a call back he is goes into ghost mode and sends emails like a keyboard warrior is poor service and needs to stand up for his mistakes.

Through apple to have my partners phone checked as I need to find my local
Store.
I received a message from the team to say if I am still attending my appointment which is fine to ask but the message contained 8 other mobile numbers which is not professional and I certainly didn’t want my number going out to other people which is a clear data breach of my personal information. If my number was online and was easily accessible no problem but it’s private.
I contacted the team/director by email and he asked for the info as proof which I sent and I wanted to speak to him. I sent an email and clearly said call me back please so he sends an email
And I clearly stated several times call
me and he would Just continue to send emails. It’s okay for the company to say that’s how they handle request but speaking to the people is so much clearer and it’s more respectful and shows you care. The director continued to send emails with no sense of let me speak to the customer as he knew I was right.
After several exchanges and him hiding away in his exec office with the attitude off i can’t be bothered to call and all complaints are done via email. The fact that you can’t be bothered to call a customer and you expect me type away at your poor responses sums you up how are you training the people below you if you can’t set the standards of basic customer service.
This was your reply to the data breach.
Your issue has been investigated and upheld as an isolated error caused by a manual oversight. It was not part of a wider or systematic data breech, and did not involve any sensitive or personal information beyond your phone number.
Read the above again as that’s what you wrote. You even closed the ticket to hide away and gave us no response of who to to take above your head.

A company generally cannot give out your mobile number without your consent, as it is a breach of privacy and data protection laws like the UK's GDPR. Your number can only be shared if you have given express consent, if it's necessary for a contractual obligation (like delivering a service you've purchased), or for other legally defined "lawful bases" for processing personal data.
Irrelevant if it’s an isolated incident it still happened and you have a duty of care to notify each customer of the error which you did not do. The company have a duty to report or act on incidents please refer to the ICO.

Non Existent Customer Service
Pre-ordered a new Apple Watch with them for which they are unable to give me a delivery date, despite it being readily available elsewhere.
They stop replying when you ask for a refund and don't like answering the phone either.

Excellent service provider! I have wanted to buy an apple laptop for as long as I can remember and now thanks to KRCS and Klarna - they have made it possible. I can pay on interest free finance and pay it all off - if I desire before the end date. I haven’t found any other companies offering this service. Thank you KRCS and Klarna. I bought an apple laptop for my 12 year old too and he is loving playing games on it. Highly recommend this company to make your wishes come true!

Just purchased an Apple MacBook for my grandson before he goes back to university to do a post graduate degree. The service from KRCS was excellent and the price was right with a student discount.

We went into the Nottingham shop based in the Victoria Centre, with every intention of purchasing a new iPhone.
The sales assistant was condescending and rude. He was clearly agist. Not only did he laugh at our existing phone, he also laughed at my wife’s Apple Watch (version SE) asking in fake shock and sarcasm “is that a version 1?”
I would state we are in our mid 50’s and not even grey haired!
He said “you people are funny and make me laugh” and when asking what the “e” on the 16e stood for he said ”easy”. When double questioning this he said, “no not really, but I said that for you!”
He was clearly not interested in selling us a phone as apparently he told us Apple were about to bring in a new phone in a couple of weeks, and said if we wanted a 16 it would take 3 weeks to get it!
We left the shop not believing a word he said, and have told as many people as possible about the terrible attitude.
Furthermore, we went immediately to John Lewis next door and bought a new iPhone.
