The Alarm clock I bought cost 50€ but felt really cheap, sounded awful and was realy fiddely to navigate. Adding to that, for sending the product back they didn't cover shipping. In general just a frustrating experience

I really liked that they responded to emails correctly and acknowledged the small defect in the speaker and sent a replacement device that I chose.

Kreafunk really delivered! I reached out on the same day, and my issue was handled immediately. Within just three days, the package arrived, absolutely amazing! The olive green alarm clock has a high-quality feel, produces a pleasant, clear sound, and blends seamlessly into any home with its timeless design. My girlfriend was overjoyed when it finally arrived. I can highly recommend it! I’m so impressed that I’ll be getting another one for my bedside. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Missing Order and Poor Customer Service

At the end of November, I ordered a watch from Kreafunk and was eagerly looking forward to receiving it. Unfortunately, my experience with both the ordering process and customer service has been extremely disappointing.

After waiting for a month, I received a pickup notification from the postal service. However, when I went to collect my package, I was informed that the item had never arrived. I then contacted DHL to track my order, only to be told that the package had been returned to Denmark.

While this issue may not be directly Kreafunk’s fault, I expected at least a straightforward refund for my order. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. I reached out to Kreafunk via email to cancel my order and request a refund, only to receive an automated response—not from an actual employee—telling me to return the package along with the included delivery note. This response is completely absurd, as I never received a package and therefore have no delivery note to return.

Frustrated by this lack of support, I filed a dispute with PayPal, only to be further disappointed when they ruled in favor of Kreafunk. This is absolutely unacceptable, as I have neither received the product nor been offered a reasonable resolution.

I urge the Kreafunk team to take responsibility for this situation and either send me the item I ordered or issue a full refund immediately. Leaving a customer stranded like this is unacceptable and a clear failure in customer service.

I had technical issues with the product, the headphones. The seller promptly resolved the issue – an exemplary solution and communication.

Very good product high quality

Ordered two lamps, only got one. No reaction on my mails. Started to think that maybe I ordered at a fake Kreafunk website. But then I received a friendly mail towards the end january. Apparently it was a little bit very busy and so things took longer than anticipated. The second beamer is now on the way. Happy with how they handled things and happy with the beamer because it’s a nice and handy lamp.

SCAM! delivery stuck for more than 10 days. no response from customer support. paid 18 euros extra for delivery --- great

It is a really nice product design wise the little portable light beam, but after just two weeks it isn’t working anymore, it won’t charge, I have tried resetting it, using different power cords but it won’t charge. I can see on chat forums that I’m not the only one with this problem. I got it as a company Christmas gift so I can’t return it to a store with a “it doesn’t work” as

I got a Kreafunk Qi headset. Don’t waste your money on them. They are as expensive as any mainstream brand and not even close in quality. I had the first pair replaced bc they didn’t work properly and the second pair started having issues after a few months. They are plasticky, maybe too much lightweighted, have problems pairing, don’t let you know the battery percentage before they run out and go dead. And many other details. Go JBL, SONY, or any other brand they know what they’re doing.

I like the Kreafunk products. The webshop was easy to use, the shipping was very fast, and the quality of the product lived up to my expectations.
Overall, I would recommend buying from Kreafunk.

Love them, perfect for everyday use

I bought the stylish kreafunk earbuds from the Vienna airport and sadly they have never worked well. Many times, one bud works and not the other. And after a few months, they have completely malfunctioned and turn off after one or two minutes. Its very disappointing

fantastic sound for such little loudspeakers, look out for deals as they are a little bit too expensive

You’re not answering your support when a product is broken…

I bought aPOP from one of Denmark airport free duty , after few months I have technical fault with my device , I sent email to the customer service and immediately I received replay from Malou and new device within 3 days . The service is outstanding. The quality is incredibly good knowing that I am also using top brands like Shure and Bose . Family and friends astonished with the quality and most of them order their EarPod . Many thanks again for everything. I want to give you more than 5 STARS .
