I didn't know I can withdraw money only to a card that was used and saved to buy crypto on this www. Because I didn't save my card now I have to buy crypto to pay out my euro.

The situation is getting worse!
Kriptomat is rushing towards disaster with their bad decisions and lack of experience in various areas.
Their marketing strategy is nothing new with the enticing referral program rewarding new signed ups however I never received mine since I signed up on 9th of August, and after many support chats they first told me I would be rightfully rewarded after they review it and conclude that im eligible but after a while they said "you will not be able to receive your reward because you registered via a link from a user who massively abused our system". Very convenient and a false acusation. It gets worse!
They also don't pay up your referrals and of course it's theire judgement about who you invite that will ultimately will get you rewarded or not.
No focus on their own platform; the cost to transact is way higher than most exchanges with way better reputation and their marketing does't know what they need from the first place with their own team confused and always changing with claims like "I would advise that they use our platform regularly to show that they did not just sign up only to receive the reward" + "The use of referral links solely to expolit the reward system is a a breach of the program's terms".
Get your crypto off this platform, I gave them multiple oportunities to simply be fair, I'm sure I will never receive my 25€ Signup reward as well of my 75€ in eligible referrals.
I'm sure it will get even worse as this missmanaged company keeps operating.

Kriptomat fraud - keep away
1 star because I can't give 0.
Signed up referred by a friend, and we would both get bonus for it. However, after waiting 1 month (the condition for the referral bonus) they tell me they have cancelled the referral bonuses. Can't trust these guys.
If they don't keep their word, I don't even want to think about what they do with the money, because whatever it is written can't be trusted.
Edit after kriptomat review:
The only thing I did was to create an account following the recommendation of a friend. I would really like to know what you consider as an abuse of the referral program. Also, the banner with the information regarding the suspension of the program is worthless since I created an account 1 month ago and was waiting 1 month for the bonus, as it said on the T&C. You can't cancel the referral program when there are already clients waiting for it, you should have only canceled for new clients, not for the ones who have already complied with the T&C.

Super bad platformer
Super bad platformer. Payments are made with a high commission and withdrawal is not possible. Each transaction is taxed at more than 9 percent and you have no access to the funds you invest. super platformer nonsense. I suggest binance or bybit.

Are you referring to the SEPA deposit?
When it comes to SEPA deposits, they are processed normally within a few hours. The majority of these few hours is needed for banks to process the transaction and once it reaches our bank account it takes us approximately a few minutes to place funds in your account.
Ocasionally, banks do require some more time to process the transaction due to various reasons.
In any case, if your deposit takes a bit longer time, please feel free to reach out to our support team via support@kriptomat.io and our Support team will check immediately for you.

We are sorry to hear that somehow you were negatively surprised with the standard bank deposit fee.
SEPA deposits include a nominal 1 EUR fee, regardless of the amount you are depositing.
Many banks do charge fees for processing SEPA deposits, due to the presence of intermediary banks, or simply as a processing fee.
We strive to keep all fees as low as possible, and the 1 EUR deposit fee, has not changed since 2018 - when we established our business.
