Works well across home and office
Somedays i work from home, and other days from the office, so being able to use krispcall in the browser is really convenient. It lets me sign in from anywhere without installing anything. Customer support was helpful, but resolving my issue took longer than i expected.

Power Dialer has been useful for outreach
I am the one who spends a lot of time making outbound calls, Power Dialer has been probably the best feature i've used most. Useful CRM integration
Been using krispcall with our CRM for a few months now. Having calls and customer interactions logged automatically is saving a lot of time of ours. Sometimes there can be a bit delay before call activities appears, but those are also been solved quickly.Aside from that, the integration has worked well.

Virtual Number has worked exactly as expected

It does what it says. Took a bit of effort to get the list cleaned up, but the power dialer works as advertised. I wish they would clean up the paging on my list. It is really correct, but when you're dialing it jumps back to the first page alot, and you have to page ahead to find your place in the list. Then the paging is wrong on that view. Once you get out, it's right, just while dialing it is incorrect. Again, not a dealbreaker, just a nuisance, hence 4 stars vs 5.
