This is a scam company. They first ask us to buy a subscription. They give us a $1 test balance. Then they ask us to add credit balance. When it doesn't work after doing everything, I asked for a refund. They refunded my subscription balance but didn't refund my credit balance.

Scammers. They lie about themselves by giving positive feedback here and elsewhere online. They offer terrible phone lines, suddenly raise prices, and disconnect lines whenever they want against the contract, do not give them your credit card number. Skimming your card for nothing

A complete scam. They pretend to be under false names, offer poor voice connections with constant interruptions, prices 100% above contract, steal customer credit card information, disconnect customer phone line after payment, and do not refund customer airtime deposits. Do not give them your credit card number under any circumstances.

Great for staying organized with the clients
previously i used to juggle between the different clients,and i used to be confused between the clients then krispcall really help me out of this situation. Not everything is so organized that i dont have to carry multiple phones , everything is recorded and i don't miss out the client calls, overall this one is best.

Despite the customer service is very neat and doing their best. The services KrispCall is offering is extremely dissapointing and impossible to work with.
1.
For some reason I could'nt call mobile numbers. They said the technical team was working on it, but after one day it wasn't resolved + needed 24h more.
2.
Line numbers are of very very bad quality. Fairly impossible to have a normal conversation.

3 big issues
I have 3 big issues:
1- I buy a promotion plan for "lifetime" subscription. Where I can only pay for ohone numbers. But next year they charged me again and said only the "promotion discount" was lifetime, you should still pay. It was an obvious marketing deception.
2- When opening the app it takes more than 1 minute to load.
3- When i receive a call, it takes 30 second for the app to load. By that time any caller drops the call.
