One area of recommended improvement would be arranging pick up for UPS versus having to deliver it to an access point. It’s a little bit of a hassle post party to pack it up and take it to an access point when you have 1 million other things to do.

For returns, we currently offer both UPS drop-off, and UPS pick-up in certain service areas, which is why some customers are able to return directly that way while others may not have that option available depending on location and routing coverage. It’s a service we already offer where available, and we’re continuously working on expanding and optimizing return options wherever possible.

I would 100% get Kruu again
I would 100% get Kruu again! This has been the best Photo Booth experience and it made my wedding so much more fun! I have tons of memories with friends and family forever that aren’t just regular pictures. We had some hiccups during our wedding with the printer getting jammed and the screen not working, but we fixed it and it was up and running in no time! Thank you Kruu for this experience!

The KRUU Photo Booth was easy to setup and users friendly. Changing ink cartridges and adding photo paper was easy and user friendly
Guest enjoyed taking and editing their own pictures. Guest was able to share photos with each other. Having the KRUU Photo Booth at my daughter Sweet 16 celebration was the Best Thing Ever.

so close to perfection!
We really loved our Photo Booth for our wedding, it was easy to use and printed beautiful pictures. It came on time & returning it was a breeze!! My only complaint is that it let us reprint some of the photos out after (because our guests didn’t leave us any) and then suddenly shut down and said we weren’t allowed to print anymore even though we had 2 rolls of paper still. Tried to problem solve & it simply did not let us reprint which is a big bummer; I wanted to put them in a photo album. Otherwise everything else was great!

Regarding the reprints, our Premium package includes a 100 reprint limit, which is why the booth allowed additional prints at first and then automatically stopped, even though there was still paper left. The system is programmed to cap at the included total. We know it’s a bummer when guests grab all the good ones first!
The good news? For future events, you can absolutely extend that reprint total for a small fee. We’re always happy to customize things so you get exactly what you need, especially when photo albums are on the line.
And of course, every single image from your big day is saved in your online gallery, ready for unlimited downloads and printing on your end anytime.

First, we want to reassure you:your full photo gallery is available and ready to view. All images are securely stored and can be accessed anytime through your online gallery.
Guests do not have to download the app to receive their photos. While the app is one way to share and access images, you can also:
• Share the gallery directly through the app
• Send guests a direct gallery link from a desktop, allowing them to view and download photos without needing the app at all
We definitely understand that flexibility matters, and we aim to make access as simple as possible for everyone.
Regarding the drop box display, that feature is part of some newer updates we’re currently refining. It’s in an active improvement phase (think beta testing), and feedback like yours is incredibly helpful as we continue polishing the experience.

Great experience and so easy to setup and use. My only complaint would be the backdrop options. We weren’t able to get exactly what we picked or the writing but other than that, a very good experience!

If you’re ever not completely happy with your design or wording, you can absolutely make changes through the free KRUU app. We always recommend doing a quick test print once your booth arrives; that way, if something doesn’t look exactly how you imagined, you still have time to adjust it. You can redo the design right in the app and make it perfect.
And of course, our Customer Care team is always happy to guide you step-by-step through edits, layout tweaks, wording updates, whatever you need. We never want you settling for “almost right” when it should be “exactly what I wanted.”

Photo Booth experience was perfect!
The delivery to my house was perfect! The set up was quick and seamless. The guests at my son's graduation party loved taking the pictures. They printed out perfectly and were a wonderful token for guests to take home and remember my son's graduation event. The Photo Booth was easy to use and plenty of picture paper was included for all to use.

Absolutely the best experience all the way around!
This was the second time I rented from you and it was just as great as the first time. Everything arrived on time, was well packed, and functional. It was easy to reach support. My oldest daughter has her own events business and was so impressed with the customer service, I think you'll be getting bookings from her soon. The equipment was easy to set up and use, and sending it back was a breeze. Picture quality was great. Loved being able to choose the design and create a label. I used it first for my student health professions conference, and we will be ordering it again for our event on May 7, 2027. This time was for the 50th Anniversary of the UCLA Alumni band. it was so much fun for the guests and being able to access all the photos was great for our scrap book. I have nothing but compliments for your company and your product. Thank you sooooo much for making both these events extra special.
