high school grad party
We used KRUU for my daughter’s high school graduation party and it was a hit!
It was so user friendly and easy to set up! Came with plenty of film, ink, and even an emergency printer that we did not have to use.
Everyone was asking about it for future events at our school! This was the best edition for our party and perfect for all ages! I will definitely be using this again in the future!

Easy to set up and use. Not having to have someone man the booth was a definite plus. So much fun and loved by all. Highly recommend to add KRUU photo booths to any event! We set it up at a bridal shower and had the best time capturing memories. Will definitely rent again for our next event.

The Kruu photobooth was a huge hit at my daughter's graduation party! Everyone loved it!! I ordered the premium package, and they are correct. You will not use all of the photo paper! They sent me 3 rolls, and we only used part of 1. Delivery was right on time, setup was easy, syncing it to the app was easy, and I was able to change our photo layout and color background choices after we had already set it. The only thing I would like to see improved is the options for background colors/designs. Still 5 stars though! I will be using this again for my next big event!!

And yes… the premium package comes READY. We do not play about making sure you have enough photo paper. Three rolls and barely denting one? We come over-prepared in the best way.
We’re so glad delivery was right on time, setup was smooth, and that you could tweak your layout and background colors even after setting it up.
And we hear you on the background colors/designs! Feedback like this is gold to us; we’re always looking for ways to level up and give you even more ways to match your party aesthetic perfectly.

Basic is a bit overpriced
Felt it was a bit overpriced still for the basic printer. Picture quality was good, but we had a lot of lighting issues with using the camera outdoors. We had to cut everyone’s pictures for them so I’d opt for the cutting printer to speed up the process. The basic printer was also a bit slow and created a line of people. Overall it was just OK for my daughter’s wedding. The strip of pictures you get is very small too, not your typical Photo Booth strip of 3 pictures. I don’t think I’d spend the money in the future. As far as set up, it was pretty simple, just follow to video for help.

The included printer does require manual cutting, and it can run a bit slower during high-traffic moments, which is exactly why we offer the Premium printer upgrade for larger or fast-moving events like weddings. It's designed to keep the line moving and saves someone from playing “official photo-strip cutter” all night.
Outdoor lighting can also be tricky depending on the time of day and placement. Natural light is beautiful, but direct sun or low evening light can impact results; positioning and shade make a big difference there.
We also appreciate the feedback about the strip size and pricing. Input like this helps us continue improving our packages and setting clear expectations so customers can choose the best fit for their event.

Made memories on our wedding day!
We used a KRUU Photo Booth for our wedding and everyone loved it! I have to say that customer service is amazing! The Photo Booth they sent me two days before my wedding got delayed by UPS and they weren’t giving an estimated delivery date. I reached out to KRUU and they sent a second Photo Booth out and it got there the next day in plenty of time for us to test it out. That meant I had to return two, because the first one eventually showed up during my honeymoon. But having it for my wedding gave us priceless memories! Thank you KRUU!

Party hit!
We rented a venue with a lot of entertainment options yet this Photo Booth was being used for the entire 4 hour party! We didn’t even go through half of the supplies sent, and the light from the unit was great (the room had tall ceilings). Love that we were able to access all the pictures later. Definitely would recommend and will likely book again.

Guests Loved It, But Photo Access Could Be Better
Overall, we had a great experience with KRUU for our wedding! The photo booth was easy to set up and take down, and the tutorials provided made the entire process simple and stress-free. Our guests had a lot of fun using it throughout the night, and it was a great addition to our celebration.
The only downside was that the photos are essentially unavailable until the booth is returned, which made it difficult for us to enjoy and share them right away. We also found the number of included reprints to be somewhat limited when trying to print extra copies for family members who wanted keepsakes.
Despite that, the convenience, ease of use, and entertainment value made it well worth it. We'd definitely recommend KRUU to couples looking for a fun and affordable photo booth option for their event.

I was so happy I rented the photo booth . I was skeptical initially . It was so easy to set up . Very well packed and includes a lot of extra printing paper and laser ink. What a Hit!!!
We rented the Kruu photo booth for my daughter's grad party and what a hit! Easy delivery, set-up, operation, tear down and shipment. The photo booth came with tons of ink and paper so the guests were at it all night. I loved seeing all the photos on the app after the booth was returned too. Perfect photo booth for your party!
First of all this was the cheapest photo booth option I've seen everywhere!!! They shipped it directly to my house, we tested it and it was easy to set up. We couldn't figure out something so we called the help desk and they were so helpful! The photo booth was great and I'm so glad I bought it! The return was so easy since the postage is provided! Best decision I've made for my party was renting from Kruu! I will do it again and again on my next parties! I highly recommend!!!
