Horrible service that was never provided. This is likely a scam website that won’t help you or give you the visas. Took us several weeks and the visas were never given.

They are thieves DO NOT USE THEM they will rely on they policy not to refund but they do not provide visa and charge triple of cost from the actual Saudi website they give themselves official government status and look legit but they are fraudsters

It took us 3 days to complete the evisa application since website is always down. And processing time is unlimited, the event that we will be attending is today December 27,2025, the Night of Samurai, and til this moment no update. Call center is always in a hurry giving a reply of Just wait. No specific time for process. just wait. It is very sad that just for an evisa, processing takes forever.

This is one of the worst online visa application experiences I have ever had. The embassy’s website application system is extremely poor and completely unhelpful.

I applied for a tourist visa online, paid the required fee, and the only status update I received was “sent to the embassy.” There was no explanation of what that means, no timeline, no guidance, and no way to get proper support. It feels like once the payment is made, applicants are left with no information and no assistance.

The website is not user-friendly, the process is unnecessarily complicated, and there is no clear communication at any stage. If tourist visas are not being properly processed, then the online tourist visa system should be closed instead of taking people’s money and leaving them waiting without answers.

This online system is very unprofessional and poorly managed. An embassy website should reflect respect, organization, and transparency, especially since it represents a Muslim country and its values. Unfortunately, based on my experience, the system seems to work only for certain applicants, while others are ignored.

Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

This site requires massive improvement. it keeps sending out login issue at any point of time. Login button does not work and it will work based upon its mood. if you are logged in, you feel lucky but during the visa entering process, suddenly the page will not work and keep throwing error.. This site does not reflect Saudi Vision 2030..

The most horrible website there is, almost an official scam. My application got lost after the payment, and it doesn't even show under my profile. The customer care is absolutely the most useless people you'll ever talk to, and they will repeat the same thing until you've given up. There is no way to escalate the problem. The only email address to get support is via customercareATmofa.gov.sa and like I said they won't help you. You will get scammed, I proceeded to submit an application even after reading the existing reviews here. Basically ended up shooting myself in the foot. Please save yourself the trouble and money. This is a scam.

Very unporfessional site. When you apply, you do not get vsa application copy, no mail. Invoice received is junk, does not open. On wrtiting a mail, nobody responds. It seems to be more of scam rather than a genuine website.

I applied for an urgent visa paying $530 which was promised for 48 hours delivery. But its almost 3 weeks and i have no news.

Dont use that site at all. Better to try an agency or a travel agent whom you can catch or follow up. These guys are useless

This is s scam website. They take your money and then don't reply or respond to any query. I've claimed a chargeback

This Website is crap, do not pay your hard-earned money. All Gulf GOVT websites are Crap except UAE.

They will not provide you visa nor refund your money, and they dont even reply to your Emails.

Scammers please do not apply from this website. They take 262usd from me but now still three month passed they didnt reply and also i didnt get visa from this webiste.

KSA visa company is a scam; I wish I had known this before. I paid $530 to get a KSA visa, and no one has responded. Please be vaey very careful when you apply for visa through them. they will not respond and they will be gone after taking money from you.

Basically I paid $600 for fast visit visa, multiple entry and got zero response, in the end we travelled and got the visa on entry. This company is a scam, they don’t answer and have not at time of writing this refunded the money. Do not use them, they will steal your money, not provide service or a visa.

I submitted a visa application through this website on January 5, 2025. As of March 3, 2025, the application status still shows "Sent to Embassy," yet my credit card was charged immediately upon submission. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, I have received no response. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using this service.

Very responsive in reply via Whatsapp and easy to apply the Saudi Arabia visa. Within a day it approved, am very amazed. Highly recommend to take his service to ease the hassle of self application and in case of rejection.

Great service. My saudi tourist visa got rejected 2 times ( send to embassy) then i contacted city tours LLC. Quick responses and clear answers to questions asked. They have given my saudi visa within couple of hours. Would recommend city tours LLC to my friends . Special thanks to brother Mr.Umar.
