All good and would be 5 star, the only "miss" was I requested documents prior to signing but those have not been sent - only after 2 weeks and my extra call it has been sent immediately.

I rang to update my valuation or my van…
I rang to update my valuation or my van and expected a rate increase. After doing this the staff member , Jesse I think was his name, asked me if I was happy with it. I said I’d be happier with lower premiums and he asked whether I was the only driver. I said I was as my wife has never been happy with me in the passenger seat, even though she’s a very good sedan driver. Apparently I was paying to have her being listed as a driver nd I was being charged a premium for that. I ended up getting a refund! Thanks Jesse, that’s great service!
