Overall, I am very happy with the chair - very high quality. Delivery was also fast. However, the color of the chair was different from the one shown in the photo. In real life, the chair is more brown than soft pink. But I am not complaining, because the brown color also looks very good.

Completely ignore calls and emails
Ordered a chair for our first baby, kept receiving packages with missing parts over several months. Company offered a partial refund now are completely ignoring us again. They ignore your emails and calls for weeks - do NOT order through this company the customer service is terrible and the amount we’ve had to fight to get the correct item im starting to believe it’s a scam organisation. Reviews on Facebook are similar so beware.

Wrong address sat stationary on the lorry for 3 daysI was anxious as you have taken ages…
I was anxious as you have taken ages before you delivered. Nearly didn't get to me in time !!!! Very slow to deliver wrong address sat in stationaryon the lorry for 3 days !!! I live in Penarth no where near Newport which is apparently the address which your driver tried to deliver to. No such address. No notification of when you were delivering plus driver just dumped the nursing chair and stool in the hallway. The driver did not knock my door or put a card in the door to say he had delivered. May I suggest that you have a contact numbers for all your drivers so that you can update information if required.

Hello, we apologise that your delivery was longer than anticipated. Your location requires for the parcel to be handed to a 3rd party courier which can sometimes take longer than predicted times. The drivers are no part of Kub I'm afraid so we have no control over their communication with our customers. They are independent couriers which we can only apologise if the driver you had this experience with provided this service. We do provide customer contact details. We do however hope that your nursing chair is satisfactory. Many thanks for your review.

Very pleased with this comfortable chair
Quick delivery. Well-packaged. Very quick and easy to assemble *except* having to use wood screws to assemble the footstool. I had to get out the drill but otherwise a very easy assembly. The chair itself is extremely comfortable and very pretty. The seat could be a bit wider but the cushions are soft. I'm so glad I purchased!

Very efficient and amazingly quick response
I did not realise that we had lost the dowels and could not use the rocking chair which was bought for my daughter when she had her lovely boy, solid and comfortable chair….now he is almost 5 and he would like me his grandma to use it.
I sent out an email late this morning to KUB customer service and immediately got the response and amazingly just had a message asking for my address to send out the fittings, am so delighted that I will be able to use the chair. Would like to say a warm thank you 🙏

Delivered by reliable company and tracking was great.Wife was well pleased with her Early Xmas present. Thankfully I arrived home just before she was about to try building it !, as it does need some minor construction. In my humble opinion this is not just for nursing mothers.
