AVOID - will not respond when delivered half a product!!!
Nursing chair arrived with no screws/parts to assemble. Ignored emails and calls for two weeks now - I can only assume this is intentional. Avoid this company they will take your money and deliver a product that is unusable!!!

Delivery was forfilled by Royal mail Parcel force little difficulty with being in but if we could choose delivery day would of been simpler.
Chair is great would deal with Kub again if needed.

Great product!
The delivery was left in a bush next to our house without anyone telling us it was there! Other than that, the product is really good! The size seems ideal for a one-month old currently and you can rest your arm on the soft arm rests when feeding and when she's sleeping. The fabric is tough and you can clean milk etc off easily. The gliding is really smooth and I think we'd prefer this to rocking. It's been a game-changer for wife's breast feeding and even bottle feeding, rather than trying to feed in bed overnight which was causing bad pain. It doesn't say in the spec specifically that there's "lumbar support" or anything but the back is supportive and v comfortable. Easy to assemble. Hadn't used Kub before but we're impressed!

Haldon Nursing Rocking Chair is narrow to feed baby older than 3 month. The built in quality is good but the chair is too narrow. I find feeding on my sofa more convinient.
