Would not recommend. I bought a chair which was discontinued due to its colour. However, they continued to send me the wrong colour chair twice. The third time the right colour came, however the button fell off after a few days. They sent a replacement and the button fell off again. Now they are saying the cannot do anything as the item was non returnable. However the item is defective, and it’s actually the grey which was refundable that had broken, shop elsewhere.

However, your order was for an end of the line product which we no longer have in stock. This information was detailed clearly in the listing when you placed the order along with the large discount applied to the product.
We always help our customers to the best of our ability if any issues may occur, but if we no longer have the stock then we cannot send out the parts. Discontinued lines always come with warnings for this fact.

On time but disappointed in product
We ordered an item and it got delivered on time. I thought this was great as I was in my third trimester and eager to get the nursery finalised before the arrival of our baby! Unfortunately when opening the parcel, the colour/pattern of the item was not how it was shown on the photos and was actually a much darker coloured pattern which changed the whole look of the item. The rocking part of the nursing chair also did not align with the base of the seat so we have had to request either a new product or a full refund

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the fabric colour. The colour/pattern of the grey chevron fabric can be seen clearly on the listing when you zoom in on the image. The grey chevron is a grey/white design fabric as per the picture.

Really nice product however I have a crushed cushion. Have had it out front about 4 weeks now and thought the foam would push it out but it’s not. Probably being super picky but it’s a lot of money and should be perfect

This feeding chair is great…
This feeding chair is great because it's made of solid wood and does not offgas any horrible smells (I have strong allergies). The cushion is comfortable. Assembly was easy.

Only negative was notification of delivery only came with an hour’s warning: although our porch was open and no signature required, Parcelforce took it away again and had to wait in all the next day for delivery, which was very inconvenient

Quality of product very good but delivery was rubbish by parcel force not a friendly person at all on the first delivery as no one home spoken to via ring doorbell,the second delivery attempt was asked to give a neighbour who was waiting for the parcel pulled his face again got into his van and drove off like a lunatic out off the cul de sac!! Won't buy anything from you again while you use parcel force for delivery.
