I get that they are very busy but they seem to be pissed when I politely asked they if received my online order because the drink never showed up 10mins after the “expected delivery” time or something

great promotion and deals + customer service
customer service is really good, I love the $5 matcha deal, it is a really good deal (the main reason I come to Kumo). Everytime I go there would always be a long waiting line, if you just want to buy matcha just scan QR code then you will get it soon without having to wait in the long line. Great service
