Great customer service and care
These shoes provide great support for my heal bone spur issue, as I have three pairs. The pickleball shoes had a premature wear issue on the soles. My conversion and subsequent Warrenty submission was met with immediate resolution. Great understanding and communication from Lindee in customer service.

Get quality control under control, my feet are begging you !!
I have 5 pair of KURUS, best thing that ever happened to my feet….that said, of those 5 pairs, 2 pair have had warranty issues, Leo has been amazing helping me through the warranty process and they have stepped up and taken care of me but these shoes were brand new out of the box with problems. KURU needs to get quality control under control or I fear my favorite shoes ever will not be around forever !!

I received a reply for my questions rapidly. They continue with the response until I was satisfied and my concerns were addressed. My feet feel so much better in the pair of shoes I bought. I was wondering if another pair might be a little better. They offered me a honest answer.

Photo of sneaker on site did not .watch what was received. Had first spoken with one of specialists to reference products on site. Not a random purchase.

I had an issue with my shoe
I had an issue with my shoe. I shared my concerns in an email about a ripped hole where the shoe lace belongs. I got a quick response asking for more info to help. When I shared photos, I got an immediate response on how Kuru will fix the problem, which replaced my shoes, without having the hassle of returning my old ones. This was 100% to my satisfaction. Kuru has the best customer service. Thank you.
