Ordered one of their widly advertised jumpsuits. Says on the tracking delivered but I have not received it. However, I did get a cheap plastic watch which I haven't ordered delivered last week with no info on it and by what others are saying it is probably from them. I have tried emailing them but they bounce back as undelivered. Rip Off Merchants! A waste of time and money! 😡

I am in the same boat as many other reviewers. Ordered a ladies jumpsuit but received the cheapest most nasty pair of leggings I have ever seen. Emailed them to rectify the problem and 7 emails later they are still trying to offer me a 10% refund. They don’t seem to understand why I won’t accept an offer where I pay 90% for something I never ordered and absolutely do not want. Please keep reviewing and reporting on social media until they realise they cannot get away with this.
* Update - I have now had another email saying they will offer me a maximum 20% refund on the product they haven’t sent me! Their emails make no sense. This is FRAUD and they should not be able to get away with it.

I have had exactly the issue ordered 2 jumpsuits and received 2 cheapo watches, emailed with photos etc, had no reply this see is a scam

Ordered 2 ladies jumpsuits received 2 men’s wrist watches that don’t even work .I emailed them to explain but got a generic email back explaining mistakes happen but I can keep the item and I hope they fit and a goodwill gift I can have 10% refund of my total bill no apologies I replied back explaining I have no need for men’s watches that don’t work and I would like all my money back as yet I have had no reply back DO NOT USE TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!

2 years ago, i made an initial purchase of 2 pairs of pants... it arrived months later but was fine.
since i print one clothing, i ordered $750 worth of tops, jackets, pants as blanks to print on.
This was last Oct 2019 and have not gotten any feedback or delivery.
chalk it up to a loss!

I bought for 50 euros two shirts I NEVER received. I sent email to the support address multiple times and I never got an answer. Practically, I've been robbed.

I never received communications of my queries. I received my order on time as per the order form and they were exactly as I asked - 3XL shirt and pants. Extremely good quality and could follow the tracking on both the Chinese courier and local courier, will definitely buy from again!

The items took a month to get to my house. The company is Chinese not Japanese, since the stuff comes from China mail. I received text messages with notifications of shipment. The items are good quality but the size of one of the shirts is wrong (I ordered an M and they sent an XL).

Complete scam. I’m ashamed I fell for this well marketed website. My bad. Buyers beware!

Never send me my clothes. Never answer me. Keep staying quiet since.
Run away because they are thieves

Ordered two items, company never send them. After getting in contact by e-mail they said they will refund but never did. Total scam!!!

No emails to notify of shipping. no texts messages to notify, no responses on delivery time..
Please refund

Scam company. They charged me one shirt I did not recieve and never replied on my emails.

No signs of my shipment. They dont answer why the order doesnt exist or the truck number doesnt work for tracking anything. They are liers and thiefs.

I put 1 star as it is not possible to put less.
I have bought three things on their website.
But no sign of the delivery yet.
No answer to my multiple messages.
I seriously doubt that they might really exist, Japanese, Chinse or whatever !

I haven't bought anything yet from Kusoka, but I suspect that they are NOT Japanese company from their brand name. I believe that no Japanese company include 'Kuso' in their brand name because 'Kuso' means 'S*it' in Japanese. So, why they are claiming 'Preserving Japan's authentic wabi-sabi'? Very specious.

I have not bought anything on this website and I think I dodged a bullet thanks to previous commentaries here !
I have indeed found products sold on this website on amazon for at least half the post discount prices.
For example the Sankakkei for 16€
or the Sōshoku-tekina for 17€
Both found by looking up "kimono" in men fashion and the pictures are IDENTICAL

So now I don't say it is a scam, maybe it is the Amazon seller that has stolen pics from this website.. but pilling up with other negative commentaries, it seems a bit fishy !

If you really want those items I can only recommend either amazon or to look up the pictures on google images to find the products on a trusted retail site for their "true" price

they are dishonest. The items are not the right size and is not respected. Do not order at home.

Don’t even think of buying anything at this store.
These guys are cheaters. They sell cheap clothing of poor quality which slightly resembles the one on the pictures. If you think u get a big discount you should know that indeed u pay at least 5 times more that it costs
They don’t offer returns because they know they are cheating their customers.

Definitely not Japanese apparel. Defintiv not Japanese apparel quality.
The clothes must be from any Chinese no name label.
