I ordered four items all M size.
Only one was actually M, the other three were XL or 2XL.
At the beginning I thought that sizes were all wrong. Then I tried everything for curiosity and with surprise I've found out that sizes were more or less ok.
The cloth doesn't feel too cheap so I'm generally satisfied.

This company is a sham and does NOT sell quality clothes. I ordered the tanjun'na (shirt) after seeing it on an instagram ad. The production quality is very poor: it doesn't look nearly as nice as the picture, the seams are very simple and unfinished; buttons are cheap, the label in the neck does not match the shop's logo and the washing instructions are only in Chinese and do not say anything about the material or country of production. Do not for one second believe that the original price for this item should be $179. Also - very important- they do not offer returns, because "they're closing". Every trace I can find of their brand / website suggest they've been around since about July - so barely a month. This is a sham.

ordered an item end of July, still no notification that the item has been shipped, I sent them a mail requested update and have not received an answer, I will advise Facebook where I first discovered their site, it has all the trimmings of a good old con!!!

It is a typical Chinese fraudulent drop-shipping site. If you run script blockers and privacy protection, about 70% of site is blocked. The photo of Japanese store on website and their Facebook page that claiming "real photo of store"? It is a one of images that you can get from Google, it is not related. Actual hiragana (Japanese alphabet) in "store photo" are not even stand for "Kusoka". What they are doing is they purchase cheap clothes from Chinese factories/wholesalers, and they are reselling them as "Premium Quality/Genuine Japanese Clothes" with complete inflated price. If you cannot believe me, search "Japanese Kimono or Cardigan" in one of Chinese online malls like: Aliexpress, Taobao, or DhGate.
You will find exact same products with same photos and same models that same from dozens of different sellers there. Only difference is their costs are much cheaper. I do not know who are other people rating this site with 4 or 5 stars. Do your research before you make a purchase.

Bought a pair of shorts which I really like. They are unusual fit well and perfectly reasonable value at the sale price. Horrifically overpriced at the 'non-sale' price which just seems like click-bait. But went back on to site to buy a second pair. Happy customer.

I could not track the shipment, but the items came on time as promised. Not the greatest quality but I really like the design

I bought a pair of the black wave pants and they're great quality and really awesome looking. I was skeptical after reading these reviews but after my first purchase, I already want to go back to buy more. Great clothing for good prices. Please don't bash a small business as being a scam if you haven't ordered/tried their clothing.

For sure It is made in China. But design and cut is perfect The pants are exactly the same as those my Japanese zen master lended me once in Daitokuji.

Made a purchase online from the US and received items in less than 2 weeks, which is totally fine. I instantly loved the product...can't believe they will go out of business (correct? At least their Facebook page says so).

I do not call "good quality" necessarily. Although I'm not embroidery enthusiast, I can tell threads are getting loose just after one wash (and my grandmother frowned upon after looking at the stitches of my shirts). But what matters to me the most personally is how I look with these shirts, which I've been happy.

-1 starred only because that there a few times where the shipping tracking site didn't return any result, which indeed concerned me.

Cancelled order 3 minutes after confirmation. No response

I ordered some clothing from website, then read reviews on Trustpilot. 3 minutes after I received the confirmation, I requested that the order be cancelled and my payment refunded. 2 emails in 24 hours and no response. Very unprofessional and sleazy.

cheap chinese clothing marketed as high end Japanese. Don't let the absurd sale prices fool you.

No emails to notify of shipping. no texts messages to notify, no responses on delivery time..

Same as lifeofronin.com , shares even some of the apparel items but with different prices.
These sites are a Chinese scam. There is no store in Japan, there is no manufacturing in Japan. There’s not even a holding in Japan. The items are made in China, shipped from China ( if actually shipped) sizes are mismatching, quality is poor/cheap.
Avoid the headache.
Kusoka and Life of Roning were fed to me through Instagram.

Seems identical to the site Kimowno, which has several 1 star reviewed based on items shopped that does not arrive.
