This is the second review I write here.

This is the second review I write here. I just received two rings in exchange for the correct size. They are both even worse fitting than the original ones. I don't understand why this exchange happened either. I had asked multiple times if a refund was possible, and I was given an answer that confirmed that, yes, yes it was. Yet I still received even worse fitting rings than the original ones. Also since the invoice for the exchange was refunded and I would be getting no shipping label, I was forced to shop the rings back to you guys myself, and I was told that any shipping costs would be refunded to me, which they haven’t been. This entire process has been unendingly frustrating, and it’s worsened by the fact that I love your kuurths designs so much, I’ve owned pieces by kuurth for a little over a year and I plan to have them for a lot longer, but I don’t know if I will be purchasing from here again. Kuurth preach’s good service and amazing quality, and Ive experienced one of those philosophies. Please help me resolve this. I have been missing out on close to 200 dollars for nearly a quarter of a year.

still waiting for my refund

made my order in december and i’m still waiting for my refund of over £100, response emails take weeks and whenever i email they seem to forget the package was never received and was sent back to the company instead. i live in the uk and was given a seven day shipping garuntee and the package itself took a month to reach the uk from spain

Great purchase!

Ordered a ring as a gift and it was a very lovely gift! My friend loved it and said it was great quality and very beautifully and intricately made! Will be buying more stuff from Kuurth in the future.

Ring broke day 2

Cusomer service is good the ring is nice, however. The mechanism broke today. I got the ring yesterday, will have to go to a jewlery shop that can re weld the seams. Ordered the scared armour ring silver

Great jewelry and great service

Received a broken earring and customer service has gone above and beyond to rectify this. I've previously bought jewelry from them and they've all been amazing so this was absolutely a once of. Products 10/10 and customer service 10/10.

Crusade Earrings

My girlfriend bought me the Crusade earrings, which looked lovely, high quality etc. However, I could not at all fit them in my ear - the hoop was too small and wouldn't connect up, and in trying to do that it's actually bent the hoop a little. I did try to reach out to customer service however I have not had a single response back and it's been like 2 months now. All in all, I'm sure for most people it'd be fine, maybe I just have abnormal ears lol. But I'm a bit disappointed in the quality and the customer service here.

Worth the Wait – Stunning Rings!

I am very happy with my order from Kuurth!
The rings arrived safely and are even more beautiful in real life than on the website. The quality feels great, the design is elegant, and everything was packaged very carefully.

Shipping took a bit of time, but the tracking updates were accurate and the package arrived exactly as promised. The whole process felt professional and trustworthy.

Overall, a great shopping experience with unique jewelry and reliable service. I would definitely recommend Kuurth and would order again without hesitation.

Refuse to answer emails, never shipped.

Ordered a piece a month ago. Absolutely no communication whatsoever and they refuse to respond to my emails. Item hasn't even shipped and I can't even request a refund. Very disappointed.
