Great items - service needs work

The items are exactly as described and beautiful and have gotten lots of compliments so can’t fault that.

The only part that brings this review down is the delivery service as it took 2 months to get to me ( I did order in December so poor timing) and also trying to get any help through customer service was awful and didn’t hear back till the day I received it finally

Regarding the shipping time, we’d like to clarify that deliveries to Australia typically take around 16 business days. A two-month transit time is not standard and unfortunately reflects the peak holiday congestion that affects international logistics in mid-December, rather than our usual delivery performance.

That said, we completely understand how frustrating the wait must have felt, especially combined with delayed responses from customer service.

Hitodama ring has a bad quality.
After a month and a half, the stone on the ring came off and was lost.
I can't believe that such an expensive silver ring is of such poor quality.

Unfortunately, this cancellation was due to an unexpected stock issue that occurred despite the item being available at the time of purchase. As soon as we identified the problem, the order was cancelled and a compensation was offered for the inconvenience caused.

Stock discrepancies are rare, but when they do happen, we aim to handle them transparently and fairly.

Beautiful design, but needs to be bigger!

The ring needs to be a bit wider, and bigger! I have it on my smallest finger, and it needs to be stretched open/adjusted quite a bit. A beautiful design, but not happy with the size. Won’t buy from you again.

This is the second review I write here.

This is the second review I write here. I just received two rings in exchange for the correct size. They are both even worse fitting than the original ones. I don't understand why this exchange happened either. I had asked multiple times if a refund was possible, and I was given an answer that confirmed that, yes, yes it was. Yet I still received even worse fitting rings than the original ones. Also since the invoice for the exchange was refunded and I would be getting no shipping label, I was forced to shop the rings back to you guys myself, and I was told that any shipping costs would be refunded to me, which they haven’t been. This entire process has been unendingly frustrating, and it’s worsened by the fact that I love your kuurths designs so much, I’ve owned pieces by kuurth for a little over a year and I plan to have them for a lot longer, but I don’t know if I will be purchasing from here again. Kuurth preach’s good service and amazing quality, and Ive experienced one of those philosophies. Please help me resolve this. I have been missing out on close to 200 dollars for nearly a quarter of a year.

still waiting for my refund

made my order in december and i’m still waiting for my refund of over £100, response emails take weeks and whenever i email they seem to forget the package was never received and was sent back to the company instead. i live in the uk and was given a seven day shipping garuntee and the package itself took a month to reach the uk from spain

Great purchase!
