The customer service team were excellent and very responsive. My iPad charging stand failed and after contacting them, they sent a replacement, received within a few days. They seem to have addressed the issues with the failed charging port with an upgraded version. Thanks for the support in dealing with my issue.

I ordered the X36 Pro MAX (2025), but the initial shipment faced delivery issues for reasons unknown and got sent back. Following I had trouble reaching customer support at first, as the email wasn’t responsive. However, as soon as I received a response (2 days later), the issue was resolved quickly. The item was reshipped after a quick check of the order details. All follow-up questions were answered within an hour. While delivery issues happen, Kuxiu's excellent customer support handled everything efficiently, and I’m very satisfied with the resolution as well as the product itself.

The KUXIU customer service is great, especially Jaden’s support! When my order was returned because I wasn’t able to receive it from the transport company in time, he immediately arranged a replacement and proactively kept me updated with tracking.
