I didn’t expect the customer service was so good.
I wrote at night before I go to sleep. When I woke up, I have received an email with all the information I requested and more, in a very correct way.

I had an issue with my wireless charging stand dropping its charge with my phone at 100% which cases it to exit Stand By mode and then return to it a couple seconds later.

I contacted support about it, sent them a video as requested, but never got any insight into my issue. I also found their communication style to be very verbose and robotic; I could not tell if I was speaking with an bot or not.

Update: I was offered a small, partial refund and was not able to return the item as I had discarded the original packaging. While I didn't really feel like I was being listened to, and didn't like the verbose overly friendly language they used, the support was, for the most part, very responsive.

Update 2: The issue I had with Standby Mode has been resolved after updating my phone. Looks like it was a software issue with my phone all along.

From start to finish my experience with this company has been amazing. I originally miss ordered and received a product that was not actually for my device. Their customer service helped me throughout the entire process with the return and receiving the new product that I should’ve ordered in the first place even though it was my mistake, they didn’t hesitate to help me rectify the situation at all. I was very happy with the experience of the wireless charger. But one day a noticed a high pitch noise coming from it when there was no device charging. I reported to kuxiu and the customer service was awesome. We were able to detect that the problem came from the outlet plug and they offered to send me a new one. A product I recommend with a 5-star customer service.

The customer service team were excellent and very responsive. My iPad charging stand failed and after contacting them, they sent a replacement, received within a few days. I ordered the X36 Pro MAX (2025), but the initial shipment faced delivery issues for reasons unknown and got sent back. Following I had trouble reaching customer support at first, as the email wasn’t responsive. However, as soon as I received a response (2 days later), the issue was resolved quickly. The item was reshipped after a quick check of the order details. All follow-up questions were answered within an hour. While delivery issues happen, Kuxiu's excellent customer support handled everything efficiently, and I’m very satisfied with the resolution as well as the product itself.
