Terrible customer service and after-sales support. I placed an order worth over €1,000, and after almost three weeks, my order is still unresolved.
The delivery was late, incomplete, and incorrect. I ordered two carpets, but only one was delivered, and it was the wrong color (I ordered beige but received dark grey). The second carpet is still missing.
I have visited the Gouda store three times, but each time I was told there was nothing they could do except open a ticket and that waiting 30 minutes or more on the customer service line was “normal.” After multiple calls and long waiting times, I still have no solution or even a clear update.
I paid for a complete order and delivery, yet I have an unusable carpet in my living room and an unfinished order. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Don’t waste your time and money on this company.

I received my order in damaged condition. I immediately tried to arrange a return or replacement, but there appears to be no way to contact your customer service directly. The only option available was to submit an online form, which I have already completed, yet I have received no response from your team.
There is no phone number or alternative contact method provided, which is extremely frustrating. This level of customer support is unacceptable, especially when dealing with a damaged product.

It has been the worst experience. I bought a product on the 23/05 and I'm still waiting for the delivery. I don't care if it is with DHL. It is your partner, I pay money for you and you partner with the worst delivery company. All your advertising is saying I will get the product within 2-3 working days, should I open a legal complain about misleading marketing so you can investigate and get my product delivered? I tried to speak with customer services and it was even a worst experience.

Customer Service Disaster
We have bought curtains from Kwantum on 08.11.2025 with a measuring service included. After 2,5 months of delivery time on 26.01.2025, one of the curtains is delivered wrongly as the dimensions taken by Kwantum personel was unfortunately wrong. Then Kwantum gave another 2 months delivery time ( 26.03.2025) on top of that day to bring the curtain with correct dimension. Unfortunately also after 2 months nobody came on the confirmed day, nobody called, no e-mail received. I have tried to contact customer service via website, complaint form, telephone but not able to reach anyone. Only a standard feedback with your complaint is registered e-mail. It is really so disappointing even not being able to find anyone to take you into account. I hope we would be able to have the curtain missing as my son has been sleeping without a curtain for 5 months. I will never buy anything which needs a service from Kwantum anymore and wont promote it to anyone i know.

Very poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience.
I ordered a table online and chose in-store pickup. I opened the packaging only to inspect the item, which is completely normal to check for damage. The table itself was unused and in perfect condition, yet the store refused to accept the return solely because the packaging had been opened.
I contacted customer service immediately afterwards. It has now been almost a month and I still have not received any response. No reply, no update, no attempt to resolve the issue. It feels like customers are simply ignored once a problem occurs.
This is unacceptable for a company operating within the EU, where customers clearly have the right to inspect online purchases and withdraw within 14 days. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the company has chosen to remain silent.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering online from this company. If something goes wrong, you may be left without any support or communication.

Absolutely terrible. I bought some items online because I was unable to transport them home from the store. Two out of four items arrived damaged. They were packaged very nicely and the packages were not broken or damaged themselves so they must have been packaged already damaged. I emailed customer service and after not hearing back for one week I decided to text them on Facebook. They replied immediately and offered me a voucher worth 25 euros… the items were worth 160 euros! Ridiculous. After some pushing I managed to increase it to 40 but still a gift card. Eventually I returned one only of the items as the insisted that they had to be returned together. The items were too big for me to bring them together to the DHL pick up point hence why I needed two QR codes, but customer service didn’t want to hear it. So now I am stuck with a chipped coffee table. Thanks Kwantum, will never buy again from you.

I have bought the gordijnen.
1. I was promised to get it in 3 to 4 weeks. After 5 weeks nobody informed me. I complained. No one even apologized for not letting me know until I complained about it.
2. The gordijnen were wrinkled and not ironed.
3. There was a strong unpleasant chemical smell coming out of it.
