Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience. Opened an account and deposited £240. Played roughly £40 in the casino and then my account was blocked due to a ‘routine check.’ The following day, there are still no updates. There are so many sites out there now, that I don’t have to play at Kwiff. I just want to take my money elsewhere, where hopefully there is a more efficient service. Their ‘Live Chat’ only seems to work at specific times. In the evening, it is an email form only. I think it’s much better to play at a casino with 24hr live chat for any problems that may arise. I cannot understand why there is a check on my account as I have not experienced this elsewhere when opening accounts. I am of age, I am a UK citizen with a UK address, my deposit method was a bank transfer with my own UK bank account and the amount was relatively small. Very strange! And as a result of the block on my account, I cannot withdraw the remainder of my funds (£200). Fair enough if they want to do checks, but why withhold my money? I will just take it elsewhere and close my Kwiff account. I would recommend using other sites and give this one a miss.

Kwiff ‘Surprise’ Bet

Curious about welcome offer of a ‘surprise’ bet of £30. Tried it and since they pick the bet it was a no chance football selection. Should have known better. Crap offer really. Closed account.

I think Kwiff is not playing by the…

I think Kwiff is not playing by the rules and regulations. You are meant to promptly ask for ID not after you have accepted 13 deposits from me ,that is not promptly, you also asked for information ID after I requested a withdrawal, you are holding my money back and possibly alot more people as well.Be fair if I lose I take it on the nose but when I win I expect it to be there ,I don't accept the jargon that you are saying, I also stand by everything I've said, play the game and pay up.

Awful company

Punters beware this company is shocking I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal for 3 weeks, they fob you off with worthless e mails and the people that give this company a good review will soon change their mind if they start winning then are asked to provide very personal information in order to get their winnings, I wasn’t prepared to do this so they have withheld my money
