Very convenient and quick service.

The technician turned up professionally and carried out a good job changing the tyres, Also informing me of previous work that had been carried out incorrectly by another garage, the booking process was fairly straight forward and convenient having someone come to the house to carry out the tyre change

Visited the hull branch today as I needed a new battery, great service and super fast, Damien had the old battery out and the new one fitted in less then 10 minutes, brilliant service highly recommended

Good communication and Jamie was great - explaining what he was doing and swapping out the old tyre quickly with no fuss. PS Jamie’s van so clean and tidy too ( wish he’d come and sort my garden shed out!! 😉 )

Great service from mobile tyre fitting team

The experience overall was good, apart from the fact that the only available slot for mobile tire service was 6 days later. I couldn’t take it to a nearby centre as I don’t have a space saver tire (new car) and my tire was flatter than flat 🤦🏽‍♂️.

The appointment it self was excellent, Eddie was a very professional technician, with a great professional attitude. Explained everything and did the job within 15-20min. A real asset to your team.

I believe I have been significantly over-charged for an exhaust replacement. The invoice breakdown looks suspicious. I emailed a full analysis of why I thought the invoice was incorrect over a month ago, I have chased repeatedly since asking for a full written response. At one point I received an email suggesting an area manager had supposedly called me and to call them back (but with no contact information to enable me to do so). In any case I re-iterated that I required a full written response to the points I had made. I have still not had a response. I am tempted to post the full details of my invoice here and what I am asking them. Perhaps others outside of Kwik-fit can provide an answer!

I have never had such poor customer service. It is a significant amount of money that I have paid and I think I have strong grounds in this case - but I am being ignored, not even a holding message. Appalling.

Went to kwik fit for two tyres and offered a free wheel alignment check the told me wheels need alignment they went ahead and had it done in 5 minutes and charged £75 which i paid i don't believe it was done in that time kwik fit waterlooville

Absolutely fantastic service we were on our way to Aberdeen for a wedding when a loss of tyre pressure light came on. We found the nearest Kwik fit garage which was 610 Division 69B Saughton Road Edinburgh. Abu Waheed Assistant Manager took our car in and the team checked our vehicle for us. Everything was ok with the vehicles tyres and we continued on our journey. We would just like to say a big thank you to you guys it was greatly appreciated for seeing to us so quickly. I would definitely recommend Kwik fit and this branch to anyone, we look forward to coming back to yourselves when we have any tyre related problems.

Had a flat tire and booked the mobile van tire change for the next day. Billy was absolutely fantastic, did a brilliant job and was so friendly. Couldn’t recommend more

Great service. I had actually booked and paid for 4 tyres to be fitted, thinking that they were all below the legal limit, but the fitter advised me that the back two actually were absolutely fine and I had safely several more months wear left on them. He then fitted the front two and refunded the back two. Extremely happy. Will definitely use them again

Exceptional service, your technician (sorry I have forgotten his name, cognitive decline) was outstanding. Going to your garages can be quite a depressing experience, this however is spot on.

Awesome service from the Kwik Fit team at Wisbech today. Arrived without an appointment with a puncture. Puncture was located, repaired swiftly and we were back on the road well within an hour. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Fast efficient service. Fitter was friendly and helpful. Appointment was simple to book. Will keep coming back.

My tyre light came on as I just started a longer journey for a day out. I passed a Kwik Fit (Blyth) and popped in to see if they would check my tyre pressures. Aiden served me and immediately said to pull my car around and he'd check them there and then. He has other customers and work, but fitted me in quickly and efficiently. I was impressed and thankful, as could then go on for my trip without the light on, and knowingy pressures were correct. A big thank you to Aiden for excellent customer service!!
