I waited to order these shirts because I was skeptical from ordering offline. One of the shirts I paid $38.99 for was way off in the sizing. When I requested a refund, as per their website that they would refund my money, they offered me $5.00 and said to keep it! I went back and forth with them, then they increased it to $12, then finally $30. Never ordering from them again

The two sweaters are very pretty. The texture is less than I hoped for but I’ll enjoy wearing them.

Easy to order. The two sweaters I ordered are absolutely gorgeous. Great quality, so soft and exactly as pictured in the ad.

Receiving the order very quickly and the package is neat and tidy! The tracking information is very updated which lessen my anxiety of receiving the parcel!

I ordered a size small dress, my typical size. It is huge! I also do not like quality of the fabric. It feels very cheap. I contacted the company to return the item. I paid $60.98 in total. They said they do not honor returns, that I could keep the product, and they would credit me $20.00!!! This infuriates me! I do not want the dress, do not like the dress, and will not wear a dress that swims on my body! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered 2 items from Kycoe that totaled $79. One didnt fit and I didn’t like the other. When I asked to return them for a refund, they told me to keep them and they would credit my acct. with $25. Lost $54 on this purchase. Terrible customer service

I really like the sweater and it fits well. Purchased in black. The material is thinner than anticipated but I prefer it. Easy to wash and wear. Definitely recommend it. Delivery time was about 2 wks.

Delivery was quicker than expected and I’m happy with the products. Sizing is actually on the more generous side.

I ordered 5 sweaters. I read your return policies and your ads say you're based in LA. I was sent the wrong sweater for one. One smells and is itchy. Another is too small. One has shoulder material that bunches and won't stay where it's supposed to. I emailed to ask to exchange/return and can't get an answer except that you want me to pay return shipping to Dubai. I spent $250 for clothes I can't wear, can't return, can't exchange. I even agreed to take a $50 credit and keep the items if someone could just send me the one sweater I ordered that was wrong. Every time someone replies to me they don't read my other emails and keep giving me bs replies. This is ridiculous!

Love how fast the bed came and it’s awesome….both dogs love it!! I had bought 2 on line a couple years ago and they took 6 weeks to get here.

I’m very happy with my top, the fit is good and I like the feel of the material. Haven’t washed it yet so no info on that.
I was disappointed in the shipping cost though, decent price on merchandise and then add a high shipping cost.

Company claims to take returns but customers are only given a return address in Dubai to make it prohibitively expensive. I returned the itme to the US shipper and they mailed it back to me. Worst customer service ever. Do not buy. The product was not wearable, and mad of some kind of plastic material that will probably melt if washed too warm.
