They showed up! Don’t think they’re worth the price, but live and learn.

Website is easy to navigate when searching for certain characters. Shipping is fast and professionally packaged. I got both wired and battery powered option. They function the same with remote control so if you don't plan to move them you can save money choosing wired.

Attention à l'arnaque, adresse de support introuvable. J'ai commandé une box et je ne l'ai jamais reçu. La raison est simple : il passe par un prestataire ColiColi qui vole les colis (je vous invite à lire les avis sur ce site), de plus le colis provenait de Chine. Un peu cher pour un produit chinois qui n'arrivera jamais chez vous.
Bien évidemment, le service support de Kyotobox n'a jamais répondu.
La livraison provenait de Chine

Beware of the scam, support address not found. I ordered a box and never received it. The reason is simple: it goes through a ColiColi service provider who steals the packages (I invite you to read the reviews on this site), moreover the package came from China. A little expensive for a Chinese product that will never arrive at your place.
Of course, the support service of Kyotobox never answered.
I invite you not to order anything on this site at the risk of losing your money.

My partner has been talking about wanting one of these as soon as he saw them. I got two as a birthday present and they’re so much better in person than I expected. Although the delivery boxes were slightly squished the packing within the boxes kept them stored safely for arrival and my partner loves the limited edition ones as well. Although there are limited selection on what’s available they’re wonderful and well crafted

Pretty lengthy shipping time even for express shipping but it’s arrived in good condition :) also slightly different color then what is advertised on photos of product on website but still looks cool 👍🏻

I waited about 3-4 weeks for my Kyoto box to come in which wasn’t to bad. But when I received them they weren’t the ones I ordered didn’t make for a great experience.

Bought two of these for my anime friends. Judging by their reaction the the boxes it was well worth it. Kyoto boxes looked pretty cool although I’m not an anime fan myself . Would definitely look to purchase more in future - it there is any downside it was the wait on shipping to US. Was over a month after purchase but they were really happy with them.

I had purchased 9 boxes for Christmas and got them in January 19. They craftsmanship was amazing but I have one major problem. My remote to change the lights, don't work. Sadly it is happening to all of the order. Beautiful boxes but the hardware and Bluetooth aren't connecting like they should

If my boys weren't so excited it'd bother me a bit more.. just want to have fully functional frames to put up

Remote doesn’t work. I paid extra to get the remote. I mailed the company and they didn’t respond.

Delivery arrived at the expected date and in perfect condition. The designs look awesome and fit perfectly any setup! I will definetly order more in the future

The product was great, however the condition of their boxes was horrendous. All the boxes were crushed and i was devastated because they were meant to be gifts.

Haven't received my order nor am I able to track it.

They said 7-10 business days I ordered on Dec 14 and it is Jan 2nd. I tried to get my tracking number to track the package and there isn’t a tracking number for my order. I have no way to track my order and still nothing has come. 70$ is a lot of money to spend for nothing to come.

Delivery is late. Order hasn’t shipped. I paid for priority in line.
