DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

If I could write a review and give no stars I would.
This is a complete scam - the product is nothing like it looks on the site. I asked for a return, they offered me 10% to keep it, I said no, then they offered me 20%, again NO, then 30, then 35, then 50. All NO - this does not belong in our landfill!
Shipped it back - now they are refusing to accept the shipment claiming it's Fedex's fault.

La-Brise Toronto is a complete scam

La-Brise Toronto is a complete scam! They position their marketing as a 'going-out of business' for a Toronto boutique run by 2 white women. These women do not exist (they're AI). Everything is drop shipped from China. I received my 3 pairs of shoes and they were Dollarstore quality. Plus, they were off-gassing so bad, I've had to keep them outside. I have been writing back and forth and they will only offer me a 10% refund or tell me I'd have to pay 30Euros to ship to Asia, which would take 6 weeks + pay customs etc...Why would you charge me in Euros when I'm Canadian and your store is apparently in Toronto?! They were clearly dissuading me from returning. After multiple back and forths, they only agreed to a 30% refund. I have decided to pursue a chargeback with the bank.

BEWARE - La Brise Toronto is posing as Canadian-based boutique

I purchased clothing from La Brise Toronto believing it to be a local Canadian boutique, as heavily implied by the brand name, domain (la-brisetoronto.com), and website copy referencing a physical Toronto boutique and "Canadian Quality & Sustainability." Nowhere on the website was it disclosed that products ship from China.

After paying over $150 CAD, my tracking information showed the order shipping from Asia. When the items arrived, the quality was well below what the website led me to expect.

When I contacted the business to return the items, they confirmed in writing that their return facility is in (Asia not Toronto) and that all returns must be shipped there at my expense. When I asked them to provide the address of their Toronto boutique, they could not. There is no working shipping or returns policy on their website that disclosed any of this information before I purchased.

I also noticed that the website displays a newsletter popup written in Polish, referencing a completely different store. This raises serious questions about the legitimacy of the "Toronto boutique" identity altogether.

If you are a Canadian consumer, I would strongly urge caution before purchasing from this website. The business is not what it presents itself to be.
