Disappointed with my experience with LAAM
I placed an order with LAAM and paid £26.83, but my order has still not been delivered. There has been no proper tracking information, and their customer service has not provided any clear update about where my parcel is.
It’s very frustrating to pay for something and be left waiting without communication or support. As a customer, I expect transparency, timely delivery, and responsive customer care — unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
I hope LAAM improves their delivery process and customer support, and resolves my issue by either delivering my order or providing a full refund.

I placed order on 17th feb its not still shipped i have been chasing behind the order past few days but they said they will ship with in 24 to 48 hrs but its heen more than 3 or 4 days now still it has not shipped i am writing a comment here for the 2nd time regarding the same order i want laam to ship my order soon pls dont waste my time any more its been more than a week you guys just saying it will be shipped soon but nothing is happening doing nothing about my order this is my order 21293437 pls give me delivery soon as possible .
It was an amazing experience, recieved all of my eid shopping in a week from lahore to adelaide australia. I was kept informed regarding the tracking of my parcel....

I placed an order on 17 February 2026 and paid via credit card. It has now been an entire week, and I have not yet received any shipping confirmation or tracking details. When I attempted to reach out to Customer Service via WhatsApp, I was not provided with further details. I emailed their customer service team, but did not receive a response. It is very frustrating, and I will just go ahead and cancel my order if I don't hear back from a LAAM representative below.

Pathetic service!!!! (My order number: 21268180) i ordered because they promised they do deliver within 15 days even for international orders… now I’ve a big event coming up and all i am left with is the replies from their stupid chat bot, who cannot do anything except to greet you. I tried every way to reach out to them but they do not respond you back guys… be careful when ordering.

Order #21253904 (Tracking #25004790841857) was placed as Cash on Delivery, but the receiver was asked to pay online with a promise of delivery within 2 hours. The payment was made, but it’s been over 2 hours with no delivery and no response.
Very unprofessional and concerning. I hope this issue is resolved immediately.

I am extremely disappointed with LAAM. I ordered from Italy and specifically chose 'Instant Dispatch' items to avoid any issues, yet my order (#21260353) has still not been dispatched.
The customer support is a total joke. WhatsApp is just a loop of bots, and on the rare occasion a human agent joins the chat, they simply send a generic recorded message and end the conversation immediately. My emails also go completely ignored. It is highly unprofessional to promise instant service and then hide behind automated messages. This has been a completely frustrating experience.

Initially I left a 1-star review because I was concerned about delays and unclear communication regarding my return. The parcel was delivered to the warehouse, reviewed, and the refund was processed successfully via bank transfer.
While the return was ultimately handled properly, I believe communication during the process could be improved to reduce customer anxiety.

I have recently bought a dress from LAAM after buying couple of quality dresses from LAAM.And I was really happy with the quality of those dresses .
However , This time , quality of the item was so poor . I wanted to return the product because of poor quality as well as size issues .
But ,there is no return policy for international customers .
It's sad that I will not be ordering from LAAM now because there is no return / refund policy for international customers .
I tried to contact LAAM through email , however , could not get any satisfactory response .

I ordered two suits for me. One of them was stained. It’s so bad that it can’t be worn. I complained about it for the customer service team for my refund but didn’t hear anything back from them.

The reviews about LAAM’s terrible support are not overblown. If anything, they’re understated.
Two months ago, I stopped receiving any LAAM order related emails. I flagged it immediately and contacted support. It was never resolved.
Now I’ve been logged out of my account with multiple pending orders, and I can’t log back in because the OTP emails never arrive. I’ve been contacting both WhatsApp and email support for over a week with no meaningful help.
Yes, I checked spam. Yes, my inbox has storage. Yes, LAAM is saved in my contacts. I’ve tried every standard fix. The issue is the complete lack of support and follow-through. On WhatsApp, I am connected to a “live agents” who disconnect the chat while I type.
Customer care email support is a tad better but agents Muhammad Faizan, Hamza Tariq and lastly Misbah Raheem stopped responding after Feb 7th.
At this point, I’m locked out with paid orders and no way to get updates. I need LAAM to restore access via an alternate verification method and provide a clear status on my pending orders. Until then, I cannot recommend ordering from LAAM.

I’ve never experienced such utterly nonsensical customer service in my life. I’ve been messaging LAAM back and forth about my order #H01M8A0092155693 (Tracking: 070303245622), and one of their advisors didn’t even know what a “pick-up location” meant!
This is bullshit and completely unacceptable. My parcel is missing, I’ve wasted my time, money, and energy, and their team clearly has no clue how to handle a straightforward delivery issue.
This was my first experience with LAAM, and it has been by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I honestly don’t even want to give them 1 star that’s how bad it is. Avoid if you can.

I was told I am to update the version of APP !!! So I did....now if you notice we do not get a flashing of SHIPPING details scrolling on top of their APP PAGE....a simple question as to how we will Be NOTIFIED due to no Flashes on Page or Promotions on Delivery FREE or discounted ??? Is become ROCKET SCIENCE....each time Custmer Service agent is directed!!! Takes HOURS before getting an answer...then when SOMEONE FINALLY COMES on...THEY REPEAT!!!
