It was such horrible experience. The quality of clothes were really bad. For one of the cloth - I wanted refund and raised issue but they rejected. The side of front of kurtha was longer than back of kurtha. The embroidery was not aligned properly when sewing. One of the worst quality and such waste of money. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE

Thank you for your response, however I must say that your explanation does not resolve the issue or the inconvenience caused.
You mentioned that two items were cancelled due to quality checks. What is even more disappointing is that you can clearly see from the order that the suits were in different sizes, which means they were meant for different people.
My order contained 5 suits in total — for my sister, my brother-in-law, myself, and my husband. Unfortunately, the two suits that were cancelled were for me and my husband.
So effectively, because of your service, both me and my husband now have nothing to wear for Eid, which is literally just around the corner.
Secondly, regarding the refund — I only received it after sending multiple emails to your team, and most of the responses were generic automated replies rather than actual support addressing the issue.
There is another very important point I would like to highlight:
• I paid in GBP (pounds) when placing the order.
• During the transaction, I was charged a currency conversion fee when the payment was converted from pounds to dollars, which was never mentioned anywhere during the checkout process.
• Now when the refund was issued, I received £5 less, which again appears to be another conversion-related deduction.
So in short, due to this situation:
• My time and effort have been wasted
• My trust in your service has been affected
• And I have lost approximately PKR 4,200 in currency conversion fees for an order that you could not even fulfill properly.
This is extremely frustrating, especially considering the timing so close to Eid.
I would appreciate it if you could properly review this matter and provide a fair resolution

Very disappointing experience with LAAM.
The product I received does not match the measurements mentioned on the website. The kameez length listed online was **22 inches**, however the actual item delivered measures **only 18 inches**, which makes the outfit unusable.
I also followed the refund procedure provided on their website and contacted customer care via WhatsApp, but I have received **no proper response or guidance** on how to proceed with the return or refund. Despite their claim of 24/7 support and responses within 24 hours, there has been **no action taken**.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience due to **incorrect product information and lack of customer support**. I hope LAAM improves both product accuracy and their response to customer complaints.

I placed an order no 21385875 to the uk 8 DAYS AGO and it still hasn't been shipped! I've had no updates at all and they promised to ship it in 24 hours. I've seen other reviews of people saying their orders were cancelled for no reason which is scaring me. I need an update now!! Terrible service if you haven't ordered yet don't bother.
Update- they cancelled one of my items and dispatched the other suit- it still took an additional 6 days to arrive. They refunded me quickly for the cancelled suit at least

I ordered a few items, including a branded dress worth over £100, which arrived stained with loose embroidery and in a completely different colour than shown. The other dress was made from cheap material. When I complained, they automatically offered a 15% refund and closed the case. I pursued the issue on WhatsApp, and they offered 25%, then 50% on both dresses, followed by a final offer of 75% on the blue expensive dress and 50% on the other. They then reverted to saying 60%.
When I agreed, they claimed they needed to perform a quality check, which I don’t understand how they did without the clothes. They then said they couldn’t offer more than 15%. I have screenshot of all chats.
I complained again but haven’t heard back.
Please expose these scammers. I still have the clothes and box and want to return them, but I won’t get a reply from them.

Extremely Disappointing Service & Unjustified Cancellation
I placed an order on February 28, 2026 (Order Number: 21398133), for a total amount of £237.13 for 18 items. One of the items, Sahibas by Mirza (Product ID: RMC6789), costing £16.85, has been cancelled without a proper explanation. I used a promo code for my basket, but now LAAM is deducting that discount from the refunded item, which feels completely unfair.
I was assured via message that my order would be packed and shipped within 24 hours, yet four days later, there have been no updates on dispatch or tracking, and I’ve received no communication from the company.
To make matters worse, the item I ordered is still listed for sale on your website in the same size I ordered, with two in stock. If it was cancelled due to quality control issues, why is it still available for purchase? This is very inconsistent and doesn’t add up.
On top of all this, the app advertised free delivery to the UK, but this was not applied to my order at checkout.
What’s even more frustrating is that the discount I applied via promo code is now being deducted from the refund for the cancelled item. This is completely unfair and unacceptable—if you’re going to cancel an item, you should honour the discount or refund the full amount accordingly.
When I reached out to customer support at +92 316 7776158, I was greeted by an automated message claiming I was speaking to a human with a name. However, it quickly became clear that it was not a real person, and I was simply getting generic, automated responses. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and frustrating, especially when I am seeking assistance for an issue that is their fault.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication, the inconsistent handling of my order, and the unfair treatment regarding the refund. I expect a prompt resolution to these issues.

I have placed an order order no. 21402298 and it didn't give me an option to update my delivery address. After trying hard when I placed the order and payment went through, it again chose my old address and I couldn't change it. I also contacted laam customer service but no answer from them. Cancelled my whole order to place a new one again but no one contacted me.

Ordered five suites. The size is not what it’s supposed to be. It has come five times as big. I’ve reached out via email twice on the customer service platform five times no one is getting back to me. One of those do embroidery falling off.

My experience with this clothing brand was very disappointing. I placed an order through their website, but later found out that the website was not properly updated. The product I ordered was actually not available, which led to my order being canceled.

My ordering experience with LAAM was fairly good overall. The ordering process was smooth, and the package was delivered on time. The suits were nicely packed and received as shown online.
However, one of the dresses has a visible stain on it, which is disappointing. I have just submitted a complaint via email regarding the defective piece and hope to receive a prompt response and resolution soon.

I placed an order on 24th February through Laam’s official website. I received the parcel today, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the fabric. It is not up to the standard shown online.
I have already made an online payment of approximately 29,000 PKR, and for this amount, the quality is very unsatisfactory.
I have also tried contacting your support team several times, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

I ordered from USA and its showing ordered been issued 17 Feb and it is in Lahore from that day to till now 27 Feb. and now I am asking through what's app number as they provided, it is asking every time the order number and details and then no response. this is very first time I ordered , now I feel bad, why i trust pakistani online shopping site.
