Laam’s leadership often highlights a commitment to “Customer Obsession” and bringing “Amazon-level standards” to South Asian fashion. However, my experience has been the exact opposite.
By allowing your courier partner (UniUni) to provide falsified tracking data and close tickets without resolution, Laam is failing its own mission of providing a reliable, tech-driven shopping experience. As a loyal customer who has recommended Laam to many family members in the USA, this lack of accountability is deeply disappointing.
Logistics Failure Timeline:
• Dec 27: Courier claimed a delivery attempt at 2:24 PM; my security cameras prove no attempt was made, and the timestamp was inconsistent with local time.
• Dec 29: Laam Agent (AZ) confirmed my correct address (90 Murray Ave) was shared with the courier.
• Dec 31: I provided detailed delivery instructions directly to UniUni. They closed the ticket immediately without action.
• Jan 2: UniUni explicitly promised my delivery would be completed within 48 hours.
• Jan 2–4: The courier closed six separate support tickets for "Address Correction" and "Second Delivery" without making any attempt.

I ordered this suit because the pictures showed a thick and elegant fabric, but the material I received was very thin and completely different from what was displayed. The silk is so light that it becomes see-through and shows body lines and undergarments, which makes it uncomfortable to wear. The design is beautiful, but the fabric quality was not as expected. A lining should have been added or the product description should clearly mention how thin the material is.
The dress was right but it was printed not embroidered so please don't lie to your customers
The dress I received wasn't as per the pictures on the website and they decided to issue a refund after raising a complaint.
Overall experience with Laam is okay it's just that the seller named Sadia has not provided accurate pictures which helps us decide and improve the shopping experience

Very disappointed, recently I have a prayer Chaddar which is of very poor so called swis lawn quality.
Length also not as described because as per product description its full length.

It's a better experience. I'll try it again but be careful about the brands on this site. If you have trust with that specific brand then order from LAAM. there are several brands in LAAM. Each has its own quality.

I ordered jeans from the website and it arrived in about 1 week to NZ. Had no issues so I don't have any experience with returns or customer service so I can't comment on that aspect, was a great experience altogether!

Liars who claim that they offer “easy returns”, I am currently trying to get a return and refund on 4 clothes which do not look good in real life, and they keep asking for photographs of the clothes, which is bizarre to me. I don’t like the clothes, they are a horrible cheap material, the style is awful, how do I show that in a photograph? They don’t understand that I am an extremely stubborn person and will not stop until I get a refund on all 4 outfits. I will get a charge back via my bank if I have to

I am extremely dissapointed with LAAM and the service they provide.i recieved my order,but the suits are nothing like the descriptions -the quality is terrible and completely unacceptable I have emailed and messaged on wotsapp multiple times,yet they continue to ignore every message.they seem to put all their effort in advertising their false clothing but absolutely none into customer service I have requested a return many many times it has now been two days with no response at all.this is incredibly frustrating,especially after spending hundreds of pounds on clothing that does not meet expectations. Their is no contact number and their claim of help 24/7 is untrue I will be reporting this to consumer rights ,as this is unfair and unjust and unproffessionai. I simply want to return the items and recive my refund i wish I had done my own research on this company as I went through a tik toker thought shes got a great following then the clothes must be good .unfortunately they are a total flop the material is not as pictures .please guys stop buying of here im just sharing my experience

I placed an order on 24 Nov 20878064 and haven’t received it yet despite arriving in Depot on 3 December.
Next to nothing customer service- have been chasing Abu Huraira with no action. I ordered the clothes a 5 kg parcel for an event and now as it’s not delivered lost money and no response from Laam even for a refund!!

( #20817070) I complaint about the wrong size and I was redirectly to lodge a complaint with photos on the website which was simply rejected even after being so clear with all the details. I contacted them via whatsapp and they kept on asking me for pictures multiple times even after knowing there is fault from there end with the quality and the sizes. They only kept rejecting multiple images. The total size of the clothes isn’t the one that is showed on the size chart. It’s a scam that they are sending out different stuff from what is shown online. I have send the last pictures requested by the team for the 4th time 3 days ago and no one bothers to reply to any messages anytime. They simply keep ignoring the messages without responding and resolving the issue. The worst company to ever deal with. After Spending so much money and not being satisfied is really disappointing. I need a complete refund for my order.
I need someone to look into this complaint immediately and get back to me. I have sent multiple messages on WhatsApp and emailed as well.
