This site is a scam especially for those ordering internationally.
The cloths came in a timely manor within a week but were too large and the quality was not up to scratch. So when requesting a refund or exchange the first offer was 50% only . When asked why 50% only, was told they would have to demand the same from the brand . Then when asked for exchange in size they now stated due to being international clients would not be possible due to Customes. So my question is does Customes not see the cloths exported from Pakistan??

If I could, I would give zero to them . I have ordered so many dresses from them, but lastly they sent 2items wrongly, I have raised the issue, they told me they will refund, but they didn’t. Even they didn’t answer the email and messages. I did message so many times, but they didn’t reply. The worst customer service ever 😡

Hi,
I placed an order on LAAM because of their wide variety of outfits. They claim to dispatch orders within 24hrs. I ordered on 2nd of December (LAAM-20922484) and have not been updated of its dispatch. I have also reached out to them via WhatsApp but have not heard back. This was the first time I ordered from them with high hope and wanting to wear the outfit to a function at the end of this month. But with this rate of service and lack of communication, I doubt that I will re order.

Very rubbish service, and the material of the clothes is even more worse. They keep sending you 100s of their marketing emails and messages but didn’t not respond to my query. After a week they sent me a whole page message the way to enter my complain and the funny thing is you could not find anything on the website whatever they told to do .. highly not recommended and the Influencer who is making money and getting free clothes from them should really stop promoting poor and fake quality clothes.

I ordered five suits, and the fabric was delivered within Pakistan in five days. However, when we received the unstitched fabric, the shalwar piece was missing. I tried contacting the seller, but there is no proper customer service. They only have one WhatsApp number, and even there, the response is very poor.
The fabric quality is good, but the lack of customer service ruins the shopping experience. The management should look into providing proper customer support and ensuring hassle-free service for their customers.

I have no idea why Laam is getting poor reviews but if you cross check measurements from specific companies and then order, you get pretty much what you order. I got some cheaper coord sets and I got a slightly more pricey (but still reasonable $39) set and all of them were as described. Individual brands may be off, but if you research them (which I did by following Tiktokers), you will get a decent deal. I ordered twice. The first time I didn’t check for a free shipping code, but the second time I did (for Blessed Friday) and I got 6-7 sets for $100. Still waiting to check quality but since I ordered from the same brands, I’m confident overall. I have ordered from other S Asian places before and nothing compares! (No tariffs and 7-8 day delivery?)
UPDATE: The measurements and quality on all sets is just fine. Some are dry clean only so I’ll be sure to just hand wash. Honestly, this is the best value for my $.
2nd UPDATE: Made my third order. The brands I got through all these orders were Aik Pret (amazing), Abaan Zohan (amazing), MH clothing (amazing), Chaudhary Arts (okay), Bareen (a bit tight at the chest despite cross checking measurements), Zuri (decent), Laal Kurti (decent), Polawn (luxury wear—really good!), Shefoze clothing (okay) and Shefoze clothing (decent). Two brands that didn’t work for me were Insiya by Saira Jawad (very tight sleeves) and Zeenat and Zoha (color was off—fit was strange; very loose waist and tight at hips).
The worst experience of online shopping ever regarding customer service of LAAM. Such irresponsible service I had from them. The dresses were nice . However I had to pay custom charges which they still didn’t refund me and kept me waiting for over weeks without any explanation. I would recommend to order directly from the brands , not from laam. They also have only text option to contact. You cannot even call them if you have any issue!! They also take 100days to reply!! I had such a bad experience with them.

I bought 5 items 3 are okay(fabric not satisfied) 1 has size issue but I compromised but-5th one make me really mad. I made a purchase with them (Laam.pk)and it was very bad experience.I complained them about size is wrong they redirected me to submit a complaint with photos that I did and they rejected the complaint. Question is they know their product is faulty all the pictures I sent them clearly showed the problem but they insisted me to make this picture and that picture , lame excuses and reject the complaint . All around the world if customers are not satisfied with product has right to replace or return and get refund.Their fabric is replicated Not original low quality and stitching is low grade uneven front and back of shirt , sleeves size is short . Total size isn’t match with their size Chart they have on their website and even dress is Not as it showed . Dupata color is different. But these people need proof of photos . Looks like I made all these errors. as a buyer its our right to receive NEW and same quality as shown online model pics , smell like body odor .They are very unprofessional.Never recommend

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. We ordered 11 products and were eagerly waiting for them for the holiday season. The Skynet tracking shows an “attempted delivery,” which is completely false. We were at home, waiting for the package, and no one called the phone number provided with the order.
We usually order items from India without any issues, and this was our first time trying Laam on the recommendation of a friend. Unfortunately, it has been extremely disappointing. None of the contact numbers are working, no one from the courier service is reaching out, and there is no clear communication from Laam. This is highly unprofessional.
I have also sent a message directly:
Hi, I hope you are doing well. I just received the update regarding my order (Order #20840541, Skynet Tracking #930100348590). The delivery person marked the delivery attempt as “recipient not available,” which is not correct. We were waiting for the product, and no one contacted the phone number provided. Could you please let me know from where we can collect this parcel, or kindly arrange a redelivery at the earliest? This delay is causing inconvenience, and I would appreciate prompt assistance.
In short, if Laam cannot handle deliveries properly, they should not take orders. This experience has been unprofessional and unreliable. I will not be ordering from Laam again.

I did get refund for some of my items, but the other items, they refused. They sent me wrong earings and I've been asking for a refund and there's no response.. Don't order from them..I would upload pictures if there was an option to show what kind of clothes they've sent me.

Poor Quality dresses not as shown in web, fitting and size issue for kids girls dress, poor customer service response only after 24hours or may be late, what mentioned on site is not relevant on site saying 14days easy return or refund but actually when u try they will find excuses and refuse to return. Even tag stitched outside cloth justifying as perfect and refusing to refund or return. Specially international orders. However each item u will find very easy return and refund bit doesn't exist they will never return or refund will give u different different excuses. Management is not good at all no accountability even writing to management is of no use as they all involve it seems like as per my experience. Trying to sell as much as possible with no care for customer service or satisfaction.

5 suits ordered, 3 of which are as described and look wow on ❤️ £40 velvet 2 piece is stunning, animal print Kurta with trousers £18 looks exactly like photo and then I purchased a black Farshi salwar kameez to wear with a silk printed duppatta I had at home. This looks great, I have an upgraded outfit for £10
4th suit was a cheap co ord and I expected a not so great outfit however a good fit bad material with poor stitching.£11
5th suit was absolutely gorgeous in photos describing it as fully lined and embroidered. In fact it’s thin material no linning and no embroidery, it smells so bad as the dupatta has paint work on it and it’s not attractive
This outfit can not be worn! £26
All outfits were purchased during 11:11 at discounted prices.
Lesson learnt I will not purchase from LAAM again.

There customer service is not good every time I ordered dress they never deliver in one time and then they put refuse to deliver but driver never come to our house , this time I ordered in 11 11 sale same this they do them I email them they said 2 business days , but never deliver them I email them they said oh place an another order but another order price is more than sale price so I have to pay more, I'm still waiting for my order and they are even bother to reply me to adjust the price and deliver .my order number 20871691 I delivered today and charge me extra 700 for no reason originally 7000 and they charge me 10,000

I placed an order on 16th november (LAAM-20849621) and they claim express shipment within 24 hours. It has been 3 days now and my order has not been shipped. I have been trying to get in touch with them via whatsapp, instagram, email, everything. They just dont answer. I dont even know if and when my order will be shipped.

The products are good but the customer service is not so good, for the reasons below:
1. They are unable to provide any refunds to North American consumers
2. Their refund policy is highly variable and often includes only 15 to 20% price adjustments, which is meaningless if the entire outfit is horrendous, see through, different color, or poor stitching or stains;
3. They do not respond to emails nor WhatsApp messages -- I sent about 4 to 5 and no response.
4. They do not provide timely responses.
5. Their online refund system is a failure, it will not allow more than one image to be uploaded due to limits.

I got contacted by LAAM customer service and they did absolutely nothing about my concerns and sent the same exact instructions to attempt online “raise an issue” despite it being rejected and not working, but after an additional two emails and WhatsApp messages, I got a response, hence updating back from one star ⭐️ to two stars ⭐️

Ordered some clothes online last week, got the order today, terrible quality on the fabric , very bad stitching, the sizing doesnt make sense! I wear medium and ordered XL as i had a feeling they would cause and issue and XL is not even fitting! And the items are totally different to how they are shown in pictures! The material is paper thin! See through! I have msgd them on watsapp and nothing has been done! I wish i had read the reviews before ordering! Please people avoid this company! They are a scam!
