I have purchased the ‘Lab life Beauty’…

I have purchased the ‘Lab life Beauty’ Power Pad of which has been a considerable purchase, I bought this product in good faith through a company I have purchased from for quite some time and trusted this company TJC
Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control one of which was my health !
I missed the time line of 15 days to return to this company and unfortunately had not used the Power Pad, however on trying it there was a fault and that being the connector to the product would not stay connected at all and therefore totally unfit for purpose.
I have endeavoured like many to register and re- register this product and also make contact in every way possible and have not received any response at all from ‘Lab Life Beauty’ .
I have not had a favourable response from TJC also, as neither company wants to take responsibility
TJC are on the whole a good company and I await their response of which I am hoping will be a positive one
MY ADVICE IS DO NOT BUY FROM LAB LIFE BEAUTY !
I am so sorry for those who have gone through this like I have

No item arrived no reply had to go to bank for money back

Stupidly purchased x 3 of the Fortus toothbrushes from Ideal World.
Then needed replacement heads within a week as all cracked or the bristles in one fell off during second use.
Ideal World do not have them in stock so went on Lab Life website.
Bought 2 sets of replacement heads and you have to pay £5 extra for next day shipping it is the only option.
a week later still nothing has arrived.
Emailed twice and no response.
I have never opened a chargeback before and have had to resolve to doing this as the company have no respect for their customers whatsoever.
This is in no way a review of Ideal World. They sold the original toothbrushes. This is purely a review of Lab Life and their lack of care for their customers.
I feel like going to Trading Standards as I have 3 products under 30 days old which are now useless.
Absolute disgrace.

Do not buy form this company

I cannot give no star so picked one. I ordered the replacement toothbrush head Feb 1st, paid the £5 next day delivery, as of the 23rd the items had still not arrived. I sent emails but no reply, I even reached out to Ideal World to see if they could contact them, but as I brought direct from Lab Life they could not help. In the end I contact my credit card company who raised a dispute claim with them, by the end of the week the heads had been delivered, no apology or explanation. As of Monday the 2nd they have not replied to the dispute claim. I think Ideal World should be careful being associated with this company. I will never buy from them again. All these reviews say the same thing. We can't all be wrong. Something is not right.

brought one of the sonic toothbrushes…

brought one of the sonic toothbrushes back in DEC2025 from Ideal World not an issues with ideal world. I decided to order some replacement toothbrushes for the sonic toothbrush, well i ordered the brushes on the 9/1/2026,from lab life and beauty they have taken my money but no goods, have sent 6/7 emails with no replys so i am not impressed at all, so when the two brushes run out ,i have waisted my money as wont be able to use the machine so anybody that buys these products be careful,

What a pair of hypocrites

What a pair of hypocrites! Please do not buy from these , you will not get any reply or support if item is faulty.. Hiw they can still trade is beyond me !! And “IDEAL WORLD “ encourage this ! Actually sit and preach how warranty is honoured ! Makes my blood boil ! Surely they must check there compliance and bad feedback ! But then again they don’t put bad reviews on there site ! So basically there quite happy to let there customers left out of pocket, surely we all should inform TRADING STANDARDS “

No Customer Service or Support

If I could give no stars then I would.
I placed an order in January 2026 and despite it saying "next day" dispatch, I have not received it two weeks later.
I have tried contacting this company - five emails, no response, social media, contact us form on their website and even a phone number on their social media (number does not exist!). They don't acknowledge any contact whatsoever.
After they have taken your money they just completely ignore you.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!! I wish I had read these reviews before submitting my order.

Fraudulent defect products & absolutely no support

I DID NOT MIND THE PRODUCTS, ACTUALLY I LOVED THEM, WHAT I DO NOT LIKE IS A COMPANY WHO SAYS THEY HAVE A WARRANTY, BUT ITS NOT TRUE, THAT THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND A NEW WORKING PRODUCT OUT, BUT THEY LIE, THEN THEY JUST BLOCK YOU AND NO LONGER CONTACT YOU! THERE IS OVER 10 COMPLAINTS ON THE SHOPPING CHANNEL FOR DEFECTED PRODUCTS, AND I HAD THE SAME ISSUE. I CONTACTED OWNER WHO AGREED TO SEND NEW WORKING NECK LED LIGHT.

THIS WAS GREAT. I WAITED, WAITED, THEN EMAILED, THEY IGNORED, IGNORED. I REGISTERED MY PRODUCT TO TRY TO START A NEW WARRANTY SLIP, BUT THEY DID NOT RESPOND AT ALL. I ALSO BELIEVE THE WARRANTY AND REGISTRATION IS JUST PART OF THE SCAM AS THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE REGISTRATION BEFORE I SUGGESTED IT TO THEM. SO THEY ADDED A QUICK LINK FOR REGISTRATION, BUT IT DOESN’T ASK YOU TO ENTER A PRODUCT, A PLACE OF PURCHASE, DATE, NOTHING…ITS JUST A JOKE….AS IS THIS COMPANY. THIS PAIR OF SISTER LAUREN AND CHARLOTTE SHOULD NEVER RUN A COMPANY NOR SHOULD ANYONE EVER GET INTO BUSINESS WITH THEM., OR BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. IF YOU CANNOT TAKE THE TIME TO RESPOND TO A CUSTOMER WHO SPEND 1500.00 ON YOUR PRODUCTS, THAT FAIL WITHIN 1 WEEK, YOU SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS! SHAME ON YOU FOR SCAMMING ALL THESE People, shame on your customer service and not taking responsibility for your defective products then ignoring the problem like it will go away…but it won’t , if you don’t make it right, i will make sure to follow these two business owners to speak to their lack of business respect and to speak to their values and morals!

LABLIFE teeth whitening…

I purchased a lablife teeth whitening system in July 25 i had one sent out which was faulty i received another once i returned to ideal world this one too was faulty i made a complaint by the website after many many enails and no response i made a complaint in writing to Charlotte Rigby CEO of Lablife she did email me and asked me to return it to her which I did back in November 25 I have sent several emails since with no response and no replacement my experience has been very negative i wouldn't recommend the whitening system as it has never worked i am very disappointed with the lack of interest and response particularly as I was promised another being sent to me and I kept my side of the agreement to return it have proof of return but still nothing from them buy these items but don't expect to receive good customer service as it really doesn't exist i am out of pocket by buying it and the cost of return and no item in my possession please don't return anything unless you have received a replacement first

DO NOT buy anything from this place. I ordered and paid £150 for facial device as a Xmas present for my daughter. Never received it. Emailed several times and got no response. A lot of money for nothing is shocking. Please do not order from them.BEWARE

Eclipse teeth whitening system !!

Awful product! Had over three months now, and hasn’t made any difference to my teeth at all! Also my charging station has decided to stop charging, and will only charge in a kind of upside down position:-( I’ve used everyday and nothing. No replies from the company at all. I’m so upset. All the money I’ve lost. Never again Lab life.

No response from contact regarding lifetime warranty

Update :- FYI I found this Info online, obviously pls check details yourself, but hopefully of use to people who buy through a retailer:-

"In the UK, your primary consumer rights are always against the online shop (retailer) you bought the item from, not the manufacturer. The retailer is responsible for providing goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A manufacturer's "lifetime warranty" is an additional contractual promise that runs between you and the manufacturer, but it does not replace the retailer's legal obligations.

Retailer's Responsibility

Your Contract is with the Retailer: Your purchase contract is with the online shop. They are legally required to resolve issues with faulty goods.

Statutory Rights: Under the Consumer

Rights Act 2015, you have rights to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty. For a significant time after purchase (up to six years in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland), you can make a claim.

Cannot Dodge Responsibility: The online shop cannot simply refer you to the manufacturer, especially in the initial".

Bought items via Ideal World but Lab-Life don't respond to contact regarding their Lifetime Warranty . If we don't hear from them we shall all have to return our orders as we are not getting as advertised. Opatra warranty is instant with no issues whatsoever.

Buy with caution

No response from my email to customer service - no direct address for the company and the telephone number is not available.
they offer a lifetime warranty but it cannot be achieved without a customer service response.
I think the products are good but can go wrong as is did my Neck Mask - fortunately Ideal World stepped in and refunded me.
For intelligent woman with innovative products -they have no business savvy - buy with caution and not directly from them.

Avoid dealing with this company directly

Following my review on here on the
26/10/25 I thought I would post a update I've sent 7 emails regarding non delivery of order for replacement flosser heads and still this terrible company refuse to respond I've even messaged Lauren an Charlotte on air at ideal world Today 7/11/25 but of course no response . The company are on to a good thing take payment and don't deliver I know it's not a lot of money but it's the principal the product itself is great and w!!works that's the annoying thing .

Still awaiting a replacement for neck device returned beginning of August recorded delivery. No reply to numerous emails either & bought from Ideal World & they are a nightmare for refunding/replacing too don’t honour there promises

Proceed with care if your considering buying from this company

Beware of this company that sells a Floss light for £80.00, which has a disposable battery which may last a month or two. Secondly, some of their products have a lifetime guarantee. I rang them and they didn't answer the phone. I read reviews about other customers with similar experiences. They bought a product for about £250 and could not get a refund. Other customers have complained that they do not answer the phone. I would be careful to check the reviews of this company, should you be interested. The company is based in Cyrus.

I ordered a pack of floss light…

I ordered a pack of floss light replacement heads nearly two weeks ago. Delivery was £5 and it stated next day. After a week I downloaded the tracking app which stated it had been delivered 2 hours ago (?) No picture or proof of delivery, nothing from lab life as confirmation. I have sent two emails with no acknowledgement or reply. What do I do? £20 wasted, no heads, cannot find a telephone no for them to actually speak to someone?? So disappointed. I have several of their products bought via ideal world
