Scam website, received tracking update, stated attempt delivery. No delivery was attempted. Contacted the company and received the following message from Laura, needless to say the company is still trading and scamming other people:

I ordered before I saw the reviews here... the company has answered me back on emails.. Laura was her name.... and she has refunded me my money she says... I have not yet received Them... but the package arrived at a local package facility and then nothing more happened..... so yes, I think I agree, its a scam.....🤷🤷🤷🤷

100% scam! UPS or eXPress indicate delivery was attempted yesterday. I was home all day and have cameras. The website no longer exists. An absolute joke!!!

I was asked to leave a five-star review when I got in touch to amend an order. After posting the review the company went dark. I have still not received my order and the website no longer exists. I have been emailing them for the past 3 weeks and zero response. Absolute scam. So disappointed in myself.

YES, total scam. I had actually looked on trustpilot beforehand and saw this site but then another that had 5 star. That 5 star site has now disappeared. Interesting, however I’ve asked my credit card company to do a charge back under Section 75. I have a UPS delivery no, says he rang doorbell at 9:57 but the account regents 19:57, so he rang a doorbell 12 hours before it happened plus I have doorcam and dogs, and no one at the door, let alone in the street. Anya at customer services said wait 24 hours and now no reply and link to the site now says it dues not exist. TOTAL SCAM

Scam scam!!! Item never delivered wish I’d seen these reviews earlier!

Scam!!! Ordered the 9th June, emailed a fake tracking number, says delivery was attempted twice but I was in the house both days and also have a ring doorbell & no delivery people came to my address! Now ignoring emails, I’ve now done a charge back to my bank! They emailed back the first time it said “delivery was attempted” but now being ignored! Scum!

SCAM SCAM SCAM.do not buy you will not receive anything and they will ignore your emails. Fake delivery tracking details to make it look legit.

Fake website but looks very legit. Tracking number is made up with a fake eXPress delivery service. Answers emails saying it will be delivered but once it never arrived twice they stopped replying to me. Been nearly a month now, daughter is devastated!

SCAM !! I don’t know how they have got away with this but it’s a scam ! They sent me a fake ups tracking number , said a delivery attempt was made then when I phone ups they said the order number and tracking info didn’t exist.!!! Contacted the company and have had no reply ! absolutely disgusting my child has been counting down the days till it arrives !

Avoid this place at all costs they use videos of famous influencers as part of their reviews this is all fake I ordered this product over 2 weeks ago and once I received a delivery date my order never arrived AND THEY STARTED IGNORING ME THIS PLACE IS A SCAM PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE IM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW NOT A SINGLE INFLUENCER HAS ORDRED FROM HERE the picture of the owners is probably fake too avoid this place please

Awful! Do not use! They was happy emailing at the start. Waited so long for delivery then never turned up. Contacted after with no reply so now unable to get a refund! Spent over 100 on this website to get scammed!!

Pretty much what everyone else is saying. Emailed saying they’d look into item delivery. Not heard since. UPS attempted delivery but no one answered was in all day. Seller now not responding. AVOID I wish I’d seen this earlier.

It’s fake. You will never receive your order. They even send a fake tracking link with the orange eXpress logo. It claims the package is being delivered by UPS, but the tracking number doesn’t work on the UPS website. I contacted UPS, and they said no package exists with that number. When I contacted the seller, they didn’t respond.

Same as the others reviews. Ordered 6/5, supposedly shipped the next day but have gotten two “unavailable for delivery” even though I was home both times.

Got my money back through my bank. Scam.

SCAM!! Avoid at all costs!!

Apparently being delivered by UPS (tracking number doesn't work on UPS tracking)

Attempted to deliver twice (both times there was no attempt to deliver anything) as I was home. And the time of the attempted delivery was some how in the future, tracking at 17.43 pm said that delivery had failed at 18.08 pm, and now parcel is being returned to sender. I have asked for my money back but I'm not hopeful.

Scam website! Ordered and received fake tracking number for ups. My bank card also had attempted fraud do not order from them

Scam! Ordered it on the 3rd June. Received a fake tracking number and 21 days later still no labubu. Contacted the company, no reply at all and only contact through a form. AVOID

still waiting for order to be delivered, tracking info said UPS but tracking number not UPS - ordered 9/6/25 - tracking info stated failed delivery yesterday! but there was no delivery attempt and no response to 2 emails enquiring an update on delivery and who the courier was. Disappointed.
