Awful and straight forward rude…

Awful and straight forward rude service. Delivery man parked 1 meter from the house and still it took him 10 minutes to find it. When he finally found it (with my help over the phone) the pizzas were cold, because he was walking around with it in February cold weather for 10 min... I had to rewarm the food... And a cherry on top - when I called the place to tell about my experience, they suggested I don't eat the pizza and never order from them again. Well, they definitely lost a customer today.
