I sold my trainers through laced and they failed authentication, this was a month ago and I have still not received my trainers back. I have emailed multiple times and I’m not getting a clear answer as to what the problem is or when my trainers will be shipped back. I have explained multiple times I have someone waiting to buy them and nothing is being resolved. They’ve had my trainers for a WHOLE month for no reason at all? Every time I ask why they haven’t been shipped back I keep being told they’re waiting for an update from the warehouse.

Sold shoes through Laced, they failed verification and were supposed to be returned.

Laced arranged the shipping, but the parcel never arrived and was marked “return to sender.” It’s now been over 3 months and I still don’t have my item.

They keep telling me to wait or contact the courier, even though it’s their label and their responsibility.

No item, no compensation, no proper help. Avoid.

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Laced — honestly, even 1 star feels generous given these are meant to be authenticated.

The “Air Jordan 4, Black cats” I received don’t look authentic at all. There are visible glue marks, and the overall finish is poor — they look cheap and badly put together.

For the price, I expected quality, attention & for them to be truly authentic. Instead, they look messy and far below the standard you’d expect. I won’t be ordering again and I suggest you don’t order from this site either as they clearly just let anything go past authentication checks.

It has been a very long process for me going back and forth over emails trying to return these shoes - they keep asking for numerous pictures over and over again of the same things I’ve sent them before, it seems like a delay so they can refuse my refund. Be careful ordering I was unsure of all the rumours about the fakes but now I would definitely never order from this website as it’s clearly a 50/50 chance you might get a fake pair that doesn’t meet basic consumer rights.

Got the black cats in , looked legit so was happy just ordered reimagined breds so we’re see what they look like but all good so far

I ordered Adidas Yeezy UK size 8 slides for my son. Laced sent me various emails saying they were being authenticated which happened twice then they then arrived. They were extremely small not even a size 6 even though it said 8 on the box. I did not believe them to be authentic but Laced refused to refund full amount. My son has size 7 Yeezys he bought direct from adidas and when compared the Laced pair are much smaller. I am sure they are not authentic. Do not buy from Laced.

I was on 2 minds if I should order from Laced. I was worried it wasnt a genuine site. After reading the reviews I went ahead and placed my order. The trainers were a birthday present and arrived 1 day later, however overall im very happy with the process. The only thing I would say the delivery fee was quite pricey.

Brilliant company! Managed to get a birthday present for someone came in plenty of time and kept updated along the way. Will use again!

They sent me trainers that didn’t fit so I paid to send them back and they are saying the box is damaged. That’s how I received them now they are going to send them back. I can’t wear trainers that don’t fit. I emailed them the same day literally as soon i got them and tried on. And sent them back on the same day. This is so so bad service and no one responds.

The website is good however I’m giving it a 3 star rating because I sent back an item with a return label on it back to them and they haven’t updated me on whether it has arrived to the facility or not after I emailed them if it has and the receipt I was given at the post office doesn’t even contain a tracking id

Package came on time and was packaged well and overall satisfied with the service
