After wearing a dress from this company for my best friends wedding as her Maid of Honour, I absolutely loved this dress & had so many compliments during the day on it. So from then I always knew I would be using La Closet for my bridesmaids one day. They have so many different varieties of colours which is so helpful when you know what you are envisioning for your day. I got married on a beach in Barbados & the dresses were absolutely stunning! So great that this company offers different options for the dresses, I got a leg slit in my dresses which made them more lightweight & more beachy :). I honestly couldn't thank this company enough & my bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning xxx

The customer service throughout was impeccable and the quality of the dresses are amazing. Possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received!! My alteration shop lost part of my bridesmaid dress 3 days before my friends wedding, I messaged Chanel to ask for help and she replied almost instantly and has saved the day in shipping me a spare part next day. Professional, friendly and beyond helpful! THANK YOU! I couldn’t recommend this shop more. Oh and the dresses are the most lovely and soft material! Would give 10 stars if I could.

We bought our bridesmaids dresses and cravats from la closet de Chanel. Ordering was super easy, and communication was fab. The quality of the dresses were amazing when they arrived, my bridesmaids were super happy with their dresses as were the groomsmen with their cravats. The most gorgeous bridesmaid dresses I've ever seen. They turned out exactly like my vision and I couldn't be more delighted, just wish I had got one for myself for the honeymoon! The colour was perfect, the fabric was gorgeous and the girls were able to do the dresses up in a way that felt comfortable for them so easily on the morning of the wedding. We chose to go with Chanel for our bridesmaid dresses after seeing the beautiful dresses at another wedding. Chanel was so easy to communicate with from ordering swatches to advise on measurements.

The dresses were utterly perfect and the dark sage complemented our colour scheme perfectly. They were beautiful, high quality dresses and were very flattering flattering. Having a multi-way dress was ideal as it gave the bridesmaids the option of lots of different styles that they felt comfortable and confident in. We would definitely recommend.

Chanel was recommended to me by another bride and she didn't disappoint. There was such a great colour selection of colours and my bridesmaids were able to have custom made dresses that fit them perfectly and could be styled however they wanted. The matching bow ties were a great addition too.

Sourcing dresses for my bridesmaids via Chanel was one of the very best decisions I made when planning our wedding. First of all the garments (and the matching ties and pocket squares for our groomsmen) are gorgeous. I’m sure I’ll be buying myself a multi-way in the future when I have a formal event to attend! The material and colour were beautiful — it was really helpful to start off with samples as I was able to pick copper rose glitz early on, and I even brought the fabric along with me to illustrate our colour scheme in planning meetings with our stylist and florist. Logistically the experience was perfect as well — Chanel was always helpful, communicative and super timely at every stage of the order. My three bridesmaids all live in different countries and one was 7 months pregnant on our wedding day, but there was no stress or faff as the dresses fit all the bridesmaids perfectly — and they got to choose the style they felt the most comfortable in. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend La Closet de Chanel to anyone — thank you!

One of the best decisions that we made in our wedding journey! From the moment of enquiry, Chanel was attentive, kind and really cared about our experience. She supported and guided me as the bride to find the best shade to suit our wedding, and throughout the process, she remained on hand to support. Choosing my bridesmaids dresses was one of the more difficult parts of the wedding planning process for me. I had 6 bridesmaids and they were all different shapes and sizes so I wanted to pick something that would be comfortable for all of them.
As soon as I found the multi-way dresses I knew these were the perfect option as they could be the same in some ways but different in other ways to complement each person.
I contacted Chánel just less than a year before my wedding and she was just able to squeeze me in to her busy schedule. So make sure you get booked in well in advance!
Chánel responded to my request quickly and was really helpful in providing information about the dresses.
I ordered some swatches which really helped to see the colours next to each other as I knew I wanted a couple of different colours rather than them all being the same. I ended up choosing burgundy, burnt orange and khaki glitz so I had 2 bridesmaids in each colour.
Ordering the dresses was super easy, it’s all done online and just requires the bridesmaids to get accurate measurements but instructions on how best to do this are provided.
One of my girls was pregnant at the time of doing the measurements but would have had the baby by the time of the wedding. And another girl was worried about her chest being supported in the dress. I mentioned these concerns to Chánel and she was so reassuring and explained how best to deal with this.
The dresses arrived as expected, well in advance of the wedding and in perfect condition.

My bridesmaids looked absolutely amazing in their dresses and they all said they felt great and were really happy with them.

I cannot fault the experience we had with Chanel. We got married on 29th August and ordered our bridesmaids dresses from Chanel. From start to finish she was always at the end of an email with help and advice. Our bridesmaids loved their dresses and the way they could all wear a style that made them feel beautiful and comfortable and we got compliments on them all day. 100% would recommend. I'll be ordering more soon as I'd love some for myself for my honeymoon, they're so versatile and flattering and I have every confidence in Chanel that they'll be perfect once again!

I contacted this company very last minute because I had been let down by another company and needed a dress for an upcoming wedding and with a very strict dress code.
They pulled out all the stops, replying late in the evening at the weekend to help me. Within a couple of days they had sent the dress.
The quality, finish, design is faultless… and the customer service up there with the best.
I would 100% recommend and return as a customer.
