We have been with lacomms for 5 years and now is the time for us to leave as our contract comes to an end .
The team at lacomms have been excellent over the years , Emma patiently listening to my problems, Damien for sorting them out and finally to Sam trying hard to keep me on board.
The only reason we are leaving is the monthly cost to us as private individuals. Originally we were in business hence joining lacomms.
If you are in business and looking for easy communication with real people providing an excellent telecommunications service and more look no further

Rang to report fault on a business phone line, the lady immediately checked the line and problem was detected. Phone line diverted to my personal phone, and engineer was sent out the following day to fix the fault.

Mark Terry was amazing getting us set up. Really knew what he was doing and Marie has handled all the transfers and customer service side perfect

Everyone that we speak with is amicable & helpful. Issues are logged quickly.

We had a 70+ phone VOIP system installed by LA Comms over two sites, replacing an existing PBX.

From our initial enquiry, through to the sales visit, site surveys, system setup, installation and go-live support, we could not have asked for a more professional and supportive experience.

A dedicated engineer (plus an additional three engineers on the actual installation and go-live day) made our complex project seem easy, with minimal downtime (less than an hour from our SIPs porting from our old provider and removing our existing telephones to having us up and running again on the new system).

LA Comms have been an invaluable partner for us. They look after our Wi-Fi, IT and telephone systems, and the difference they’ve made to our day-to-day operation is huge. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they’re responsive, proactive, and genuinely care about keeping us running smoothly.

Their team understand the pressures of a busy hospitality environment, and their support is always friendly, professional and reassuring. Whether it’s a quick fix or a more complex IT requirement, they handle everything with confidence and a personal touch.

The move to LA Comms was seamless, we now have reliable phone and broadband systems in place. Would recommend to any business who are thinking of moving to another provider. Offered great advice and lots of reassurance too. Pricing is very competitive, got a better service and paying less than we were. Win, win. Also customer service team have been great when needed.

LA COMMS have been our supplier of Telephone line service since our conception in 2018. On the occasion there has been a fault (BT issue) LA Comms have been proactive and quick to sort out the issue. they are friendly and I would recommend them should you have a need for there services.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish couldn't do enough for me when I came to them with a non-standard request, checked in regularly and consistently provided key updates. Now that I've been using them for around 18 months, I feel it's a good time to submit an informed and balanced review. I genuinely wouldn't have done anything different in choosing a telecoms partner that can scale alongside my needs.

Fantastic service. I've moved telecoms to suppliers several times over the last 20 years. Adam and his team showed great attention to detail in my switch and carried out full due diligence right now down to ensuring that the system we were moving to performed as we needed it to support our 24hr out of Office service.
We may even look to utilise the IT support side of their business.
Highly recommend them to anyone running a company of any size.
