Ladder Internships Reviews

I think this internship is a great introduction to the real world. This internship being online also makes meetings super convenient since everything is online. This program is really good at pacing things and the abundance of companies is makes it a really welcoming place for everyone.

It is a great way for students to show their passion about their field and a great way to meet new people in the same field who can help you learn more. It also helps you with your college application as having a internship before joining college is a huge deal

The internship opportunities that students can get with Ladder is top tier. Working with the team and manager that Ladder Internship assigned me to has been an incredible experience! Through working to come up with new ideas for products and learning about different processes and parts of a startup, many different pathways that I didn’t previously know about have opened up to me!

As of now, I am halfway through my internship experience. So far, it has been incredible, especially considering how difficult it is to intern as a high school student. I have learned more about the field I am interested in through my intern experience and am extremely grateful for this opportunity.

As a current High school student it is very difficult for me to find places to intern for that is tailored to my interests. However, with ladder internship I was able to intern for a company that suits my interests and gain so many valuable skills, like creating an advertisement. Moreover, I got to explore my interests throughout the process of being an intern. My manager and team are all super supportive and nice and my fellow interns and I work so well together. Ladder has definitely given me a once in a lifetime experience in high school and I am so thankful to have the opportunity to be an intern under the ladder program.

As a student, taking the step and trying out an internship can be a scary experience. We don't really know what to expect and everything is new. However, Ladder has made this experience great for me. Ladder ensures that every intern is comfortable and creates an environment where a student can foster a working and learning mindset. The people at Ladder are very supportive and always ready to be approached with any questions or concerns. I have had a great experience here at Ladder and I am glad to have found this opportunity. I believe that every student should try this program at least once because it offers valuable insights into the professional environment and provides hands-on experience in the desired field of interest.

Although experiences can vary, I would like to share my own. Personally, I have enjoyed almost every aspect of this program. From my team and manager to learning about my area of internship, I have found every aspect of it valuable. Speaking of my manager, he is genuinely a fantastic person. He makes for a great manager who considers our goals and skills and creates a plan, assigning us tasks that suit our goals and abilities. He creates an environment that is welcoming to interns and encourages the enjoyment of learning. He is supportive and always ready to provide additional help.

My team is also amazing. We all have our unique set of strengths and weaknesses, which makes us stronger as a team. Additionally, we get along well and enjoy conversing with each other. Regarding the work itself, the workload is quite balanced. My team and manager specifically have created a task plan, which satisfies our needs. This was a great step forward as it allows us, as interns, to work with more clarity.

Overall, this has been a valuable and enjoyable experience for me. I will forever cherish my experience here at Ladder. It has given me hands-on experience and valuable insights into the professional field.

I'm halfway through my internship with Ladder, and I was paired with a great start-up and manager. Ladder kept in touch the whole time to make sure everything was going well, and I had the amazing opportunity to connect with people across the world and learn from them. I highly recommend!

This internship has been a very valuable opportunity as it has given me a variety of skills as well as connections with fellow students. I believe that this would be a great option for someone looking to explore their interests in a subject

Overall, I really enjoyed the program. My intern managers were great. They helped me whenever I encountered roadblocks and I truly learnt a lot, both soft skills and subject specific knowledge. I also liked how well-structured the program was. I learnt valuable lessons from the Sparkwise sessions. I will carry these learnings with me as I study in college and work in a professional setting.

Ladder was very organized and I had a great experience with them over the summer. They always stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed to do well in the internship. I highly recommend!

I had the incredible opportunity to embark on my first ever internship with a top startup thanks to ladder internships. It was an incredible experiance and I had recieved a lot of value coming out of the internship.

The internship provides a perfect blend of theory and hands on practise, enhancing my skills and confidence. What made it truly exceptional was the mentorship and personal development focus. Weekly meetings with a dedicated internship manager and team lead had provided me with invaluable feedback and guidance.

The diverse and inclusive learning environment allowed me to collaborate with a range of interns, expanding my perspectives and skills. The program's clear organization and well-defined goals ensured that every day was purposeful, and I understood how my work contributed to the organization's mission.

This internship has been a life-changing experience, offering not only valuable skills but also lasting connections and mentors for life. I enthusiastically recommend it to anyone seeking an educational internship. Five stars can't adequately express the true quality of this opportunity!

Firstly, their communication is beyond great. They have solutions to every problem that you incur before applying or after getting accepted.

Secondly, the experience is one of a kind. You’ll seldom get to work with such distinctive individuals from different continents of the world. Besides this, I had the opportunity to communicate my concerns and with others helping refine my ideas and thinking process - I grew.

The team ensures your analytical thinking skills are put to test and honed simultaneously. This is (without exaggeration) one of the best internships you can be a part of.
