Please please please consumers do not but into this product! The quality for the price is soooo poor. There is no rubber sealant around the edges of the vegan leather and I can tell after a short time they will fray.
I understand the ethos of vegan leather but for this money you can get MUCH better quality products. The inside of the product is incredible cheap feeling with a plastic zip at the side (middle zip however is better quality).
Please everyone do not buy this of crap! For this money you can buy far better bags with similar design.

Picked out a bag for my wife on Black Friday, ordered on the 29th. I emailed on the 10th asking what time they'd be shipping orders from then, they got back to me the same day and said they were preparing my order and it would be shipping out soon.
2 days later I get an email saying they are out of the color I ordered, giving me the options of Black or a refund. I asked why they would tell me it was being shipped when they didn't even have it in stock, and why their website was still showing the emerald as available, they said it was a miscommunication and apologized.
I had to show the bag, that I chose as a Christmas gift, to my wife, completely killing the surprise, so she could tell me whether or not she wanted the black. She said she would prefer the emerald, so I said I would wait for a restock.
A few days later they get back to me and tell me they have no timeframe for restock and they would suggest the black or a refund.
I spent a long time looking into bags for her, and I got a whole set of makeup and brushes to go with it, so to say that this experience has been disappointing is an understatement.
Now, instead of having a great surprise for my wife:
1. She knows what she's getting
2. It's not what I picked out for her
3. I am not happy
I could have gone with 100 other companies for a makeup bag, but I researched and put a lot of effort into finding her something special. Instead, I'm left with no gift on Christmas day and a bad taste in my mouth. I'm sure the bag will be great, but it'll be the last time I buy from Laflore.
UPDATE:
They continue to say stuff like "we understand how disappointing it can be to see a color you want is out of stock" which is a joke because IT WAS IN STOCK WHEN I BOUGHT IT!
They oversold the product during the holiday and continued to sell it, even though they were out of stock in their warehouse and they continue to tell me that this just happens.
I literally run a retail website and sell during holidays and when we sell out of an item, we are sold out on our website and we do not oversell it and we do not tell the customer in emails and responses that it's normal. If our website is showing in stock when we've run out, we apologize profusely and work to get them the product as soon as possible because it is our mistake, not the customer's.
If I give you money for something, the last thing I expect is to be told that I'm not gonna what I paid for. Again, horrible experience all around. I can see I'm not the only one complaining.
UPDATE 2: They apologized again and said they would contact their warehouse to get my bag to me right away, that was 2 days ago, and not a single notification of shipment. It's been over a month, I'm requesting a cancellation of the order. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE IT IS A SCAM

Just horrible customer service, don’t do it. Needed to send back product (order #138953 in case LaFlore finally wants to address the issue). Contacted customer service and I cannot for the life of me get a reply (insta DM, email, website contact form, website chat). I gave up and went through the return procedure on their website… no confirmation whatsoever… still waiting for a reply about a shipping label 2 weeks later. Any aspiring high-end brand needs to have solid customer service… LaFlore utterly fails in this regard (an opinion that is apparently widespread, according to other reviews). I just want to be refunded because I was already not enthused about my purchase… and I’m completely put off now.
Additionally I have been spammed incessantly since my email adresse entered their database. So no useful responses, but tons of pointless marketing emails.
Will not be purchasing again and would not recommend the brand.
