Avoid - ordered item and non-delivery - many months of excuses about delivery issues and promises. Fraudulent company and if a genuine company...untrustworthy.

My experience mirrors everything others have said. I ordered an automatic watch winder on 3rd June. After chasing no delivery was also contacted by Paul. Two months later and no product and now Paul has disappeared. FAKE COMPANY.

WARNING! WARNING! Stay away from this website. I placed an order on the 1st June for a carbon watch box for my husbands birthday on the 14th June. I still have not received my order. Have sent numerous messages, had a few replies from “Paul” telling me that they will send an email once it has been dispatched. I’ve heard nothing. I will contact my bank ASAP regarding funds DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! The website looks legit but don’t be fooled.

Just an update to my review on the 10th June.
Lots of chasing La French Boite and lots of wortless reply emails from "Paul" , promising to chase delivery and keep me updated. No surprise - no action was taken and no item received.
I contacted my bank on Friday (Lloyds) and have given all the details and raised a dispute against the company . My money has been refunded by the bank . It is now in their hands dealing with La French Boite . Suggest you read all the reviews on Trust pilot , hopefully it will stop you making the mistake I & many others made , ordering from this company . Don't buy ! - its a scam !

Wish I would have read reviews! Item not received ordered a month ago! Paul responds saying he will chase tracking and then nothing heard again! Refund requested and ignored twice! Will be contacting bank! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Maintenant 3 mois d'attente et je n'ai pas reçu ma commande. Après plus d'un messages demandant un remboursement, aucune nouvelle. I have now been waiting 3 months for an order that I never received. I asked twice for refund and still no news.

Do not use - absolute con! Still waiting for my order to arrive over a month later which was present for my husbands birthday. Requested a refund and all correspondence conveniently ignored. Clearly a dodgy website do not use.

Just an update to my below review.
Lots of chasing La French Boite and lots of wortless reply emails from "Paul" , promising to chase delivery and keep me updated. No surprise - no action was taken and no item received.
I placed an order over a month ago and have made multiple requests for updates and delivery. Despite numerous follow-up emails, the only responses I've received stated that my order is "in the process of being shipped." To date, I have not received the order or any valid explanation for the delay. I strongly advise others to avoid placing orders with this company, as my experience has been extremely disappointing. I will be reporting this incident on multiple platforms to raise awareness and prevent others from experiencing the same issue. Please see the attached screenshot of the email correspondence regarding my order.

I placed an order on 15th March 2025 for a watch roll intended as a Mother’s Day present. The item was never shipped despite multiple emails from the company promising it would ship in a few days.
On the 24th of March I got in contact asking for a tracking number and Paul responded to say the shipment was being finalised and would be shipped. This was despite the fact that they had sent an email saying it was shipped.
On 28th March, it still wasn’t shipped and I emailed to ask for a cancellation as it would not arrive in time. Paul responded to apologize and ask if it should be cancelled, and I agreed.
The order was never refunded and communication ceased thereafter. I issued a chargeback with my bank (beware they only accept bank payments), and my bank contacted me to let me know Lafrenchboite was trying to challenge the claim, but they had enough information to continue the dispute.
If they can prove shipped order tracked and delivered to my address, which they never sent, I’ll eat my hat!
Shame on you, Lafrenchboite!!
