I ordered the Turkey Tail supplements for my dog. Received Probiotics. Contacted the company re incorrect order received. I offered to return for full refund. They answered with keep the Probiotics and will send me a replacement at no extra charge. This was in November. Emails back and forth, now January still nothing I have asked for a full refund. They have not replied to last two emails. Don’t order from this company. Absolutely shocking.

I ordered 2 cat water fountains. After waiting a long time for delivery they finally arrived.
My cats would not go near them. I tried contacting them via chat on the website. They replied via email. After 5 emails they finally told me sale goods not under their guarantee and offered me a 20% refund as a good will gesture. In my opinion this company are rip off merchants and I would advise you not to touch them with a barge pole !

I ordered what I thought were 5 Silvervine cat chews. The cost was £15.26. The package took 12 days to arrive. When it arrived, there was 1 chew in the box. Apparently that is the cost for 1 item so my mistake.
I discovered that on Temu they offer 4 chews for £1.20 total with free shipping. So Mila’s astronomical price for 1 chew is scarcely believable.
A very disappointing experience.

I ordered a prebiotic product which I hope will help my dog. The excellent rating is because I found the customer service very helpful and friendly when I needed to cancel my subscription. They were quick and I had no hassle whatsoever.

The company failed to provide any tracking details and only responded to emails when I requested a refund. Their website suggests 100% satisfaction or your money back but the refund policy is only if the item is unopened and unused. The package eventually appeared after 16 days - on a 48hr royal mail delivery so they had lied about it being in transit hence the lack of tracking details. Since dissatisfaction with the delivery was the only action covered I asked them to send a return label but they then compounded things by saying I had to pay for the return carriage!

Beware of this company their 100% satisfaction or your money back is bogus.

It was great to read an in-depth story about the product I was interested in but hadn’t had time to investigate it properly!

The site was easy to use, I could easily track my delivery & so far the product seems to be working! No more wrestling monthly with my ninja cats! Thanks so much!

All items true to website, arrived in good time and well packedged. We have two ragdoll cats. They absolutely love the Spiral Purr toy and so far haven't managed to get the ball out. Normally the ball is out after a few minutes with this type of toy.
I'm also impressed with the self cleaning slicker brush. They have very thick fur, this brush was gentle and effective. One of our cats usually bites the brush, he stayed much more relaxed with this brush.
Overall very happy with our products and full experience.

Had a wonderful experience, this shop has great variety of products to offer for your pet. Whether it's for grooming or playtime, loved their pet clippers very good quality and easy to use, my cat loved his new toys.
