At first they paid me for the missions, then they did not pay anymore, they still owe me money. SCAAAAM.

Don't waste your time with these people.

I did a few tasks before and they have paid so I recommended it to friends. Unfortunately at the end of 2019 lagomint were asking me to do many tasks that they never paid, no answer to any email or phone

Its scam, dont trust them, they didnt pay and i did a few task...so DONT TRUS THEM!!SCAMMERS!!!

I have unpaid job from Dec 2019, all of their emails are not going through. Scam site!

I have delay payment for 120 euros for different task in September 2019 - proofreading, mystery shopping, translation. No answer on my e-mails.

Lagomint wasn't paying me for my last 2 assessments but I managed to get my money back !

Just contact MSPA (google it)
The MSPA is the representative Trade Association for companies participating in the Mystery Shopping industry,

They helped me by contacting Lagomint directly and guess what ?
I got all payments on my account within 2 weeks :)

Haven't been payed for my visit. At least we talk of 20 euros only. But, I did my job they have to do theirs, to pay me. And the email for contacting them support(at)lagomint com is blocked, intentionally I think.

Same disappointment here. No payment for mystery shop visits since September and October. They owe my more than 200 euros.

Disgusting scammers, been waiting for over 4 months to get paid. I hope the people working there are happy with their job of scamming people out of their time and money.

These are scammers, you will not get paid!! Stay away from these scammerangs!!!

this company is bankrupt: at least they stopped their activities;
if they still ow you some money, you will never see it on your bank account....

They are a scam. They did not pay for the 3 visits that I undertook. I am planning to take legal action to recover the money that I should get.

Same as dozens of comments before me: they did not pay for 2 projects I did in November and one in December. Total amount they owe me is around 140 EUR, out of which 20 should be compensation for purchases.

At the moment I cannot send them any emails or make calls. A whatsapp number of one of the employees that I had is deleted or I am blacklisted by her.

In addition, I did a visit in August. I was supposed to buy an expensive parfume (I paid 50 EUR while reward for the visit was 20 EUR). This parfume I should have been able to give back and get the refund, however in the store they said that I can only exchange it for another product... Lagom Int promised to take care of this case but eventually they have never get back to me. For my emails they were always saying: "We sent the request, the shop is responding very slow"

Dont work with them, a friend of mine just got scammed and he was supposed to receive 75 euros! What a waste!! I wonder how this company operates in Europe and no one takes legal action against them!!

I have not received payments for the assignments I did and ended up wasting my own money and time in the process. I tried to contact the email or phone numbers given by them. They are either not working or have been blocked to receive my messages. We must escalate this so people stay away from these scammers.

Stay away from this scam agency!
I did my missions in Augus and September and i am still not paid. Happened exacly the same as to the people below: they told me i have yo wait and that they are waiting for their clients to pay them. However, now i just ended up wasting my own money on transportation and buying the food i didnt need.
