If I could give minus stars I would not been paid for missions I did 3 months ago , nobody gets back to you, as I single mother I tried to make some extra cash for my family but instead they waste my time and cost me money... disgusting... do not Work for them

Not been paid for a job i did six moths ago. And now my email has been blocked too...

Again I would like to give them no stars they haven't paid me and ignore my emails . This should not be allowed they are still asking for people to do missions they wont be paid either.Fraudulent and disgusting beware.

I wish I could give minus star!! They never pay me and now they block me every possible way. I will go to their LinkedIn and comment there and find each staff on both Facebook and Instagram. Now I don't hope I will get my money but at least they shouldn't have peaceful life anymore!!

In JUNE I did 2 missions for them. 2 months later I got paid but I was not the whole promised sum. I've been emailing them since then (it is now december) and everyone ignores me. Finally someone answered me on instagram and they promised to fix it. Never heard from it again. They keep sending me mails about new missions but never an answer on my mails. Now someone finally answered but she said they could only give me my missing money if I would do a new mission with them again HA HA HA NEVER AGAIN

This company doesn't pay its mystery shoppers. I am still waiting to be paid for jobs i did in October. DON"T WORK FOR THEM OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR TIME LIKE ME.

No payment received for a visit made beginning of October only one reply received from ten emails I have sent. I was told that the Mspa assisted a shopper to force them to pay, I have now contacted them to ask for their help, wish I had read the reviews

As most of the people here, I haven't received my payment. Unfortunately I wasn't smart enough to look for any reviews before starting, fortunately I was smart enough to work for only one day and without purchase. Still hoping to get paid.

Is there anyone in here that knows if we can write a complaint. They are based in Poland so maybe we can try to contact the consumer office there to get some advice.
They have to give us our money back!!

Did a assignment for them in the beginning of August. Now it's the 9 of October and still didn't get my refund. I already send a couple of emails but they say they have a delay in payment. I don't believe I will see my money back. I will not do another job for this company.

I haven't received my payment until now. They said payment is given every 20th of the following month. I finished my project last August and I am supposed to get my payment on September 20th yet it is already September 24 and I haven't get any. Also it is so disappointing that no one reply to my email regarding this matter. But when it comes to the project they reply quick.

Unreliable and very delayed payments, Impolite and arrogant staff as well. You have to spend a lot from your pocket initially, filling very long forms which takes sometimes up to one hour or even more. And at the end guess what? They never pay! Never answer emails which yoou think they are dead. But suddenly you recieve a new email for a new projects which shows they are not dead, they are alive and they are just opportunists and manipulative people. they can play with you as they want and unfortunately they do not have enough morality as well.

This company is a totally lier. I had done many works with them and I can list all of them as well. They owe me 590 Euro, first they had an excuse that they have delay with payment, then the reduced the value to 425, again they decreased the value to 115 euro less which is 310! After tens hours of work and spending more than 150 euro of investemnet, they might! pay me 310 euro after few months. Which they did not still. The staff was so impolite and she said to me "you will paid what you deserve". This compnay doesnt have the minimum level of morality, Totally unreliable partner. stay away from them. I asked to close my account and dont call me anymore.

And by the way, they have a lot of fake commenters and they check this website regularly. People I hope you can understand the fake and real comments.

While they may have some interesting jobs they don’t pay you for completing those jobs. Completed three jobs in at the start of July and still haven’t been paid in September. I would avoid at all cost.

The work was fine, however they take months to pay. Completed the work in July and it still hasn't been paid in September and being told that I have to wait for another months payment. Inexcusable and would not recommend this company to anyone.

My name is Timur Shcherbatykh, I am working with Lagom more than 3 years now. It is a nice company with a lot of tasks! of course sometimes you have first to invest and then you will awarded.If you don't trust don't start, I trust them.

I have been lucky to meet these guys. Whenever i have trouble with cash, there is project from them where i can earn some extra. Communication is really good. Natalie is answering messages and provides support 24/7. Overall nice experience.

Very strange company. I did a couple of services for them in the past, the projects were ok, but lagomint only covers the actual costs you have to pay from your pocket anyway without any additional reimbursement. Recently they called me several times about the job agreeing on the phone over the terms, and cancelling a couple of minutes latter giving it to someone else without a reason and even informing me. Looks like it is a big mess in the company, and I think i will block them from calling me to avoid wasting my time in the future
