Laguna Pearl very good, FED EX very poor
The pearl pendant was very nice. The customer service was great in trying to motivate their shipper, FED EX, to stop and delay shipment by indicating it somewhere in one of their shipping hubs that was beyond FED Ex control.
Recommend Laguna Pearl find a new shipper.

I would recommend Laguna Pearl. Their customer service is excellent. My pearl earrings arrived promptly. It came with a note of authentication that I will keep as long as I have the beautiful pearls. The pearls glowed and have a luster any pearl lover would appreciate.
