Ideal Location
Lovely complex ideally located with functional floor plans and incredibly spacious bedroom closets almost make up for the unfortunate cabinetry thats too narrow to accommodate standard dinner plate or full set of silverware. Similarly, the convenience provided by soace for full-size W/D (rental unit install of which management will arrange) can’t make up for carpet in the dining area and the absence of solid surface countertops.
The combination of incredibly cheap carpet and “re-surfaced” kitchen and bathroom counters (painted Formica) contribute to a lingering chemical/synthetic smell a full 4 months after move-in; evidence of corner-cutting which is sad given what could otherwise be considered elevated interior appointments including crown molding and fireplace.
Amenities include parcel Pending lockers, Valet Garbage Collection (non-optional for additional monthly fee), ample secured parking garage with optional reserved parking spaces for addt’l $50/mo., lovely grounds and pool area, large pool with water features and a hot tub (that is inoperable/not hot most of the time), an exercise room accessible to tenants 24/7 and a well-appointed tenant “club room” with comfortable and inviting furnishings, lending library, computer station w/printer and full kitchen that’s unfortunately used as an employee break-room for the significant population of maintenance staff (rendering it not all inviting, much less comfortable for tenants).
Frequently emptied and ample dumpsters for recyclables and trash are great though garbage chutes on every floor are disgusting, often stuffed to capacity/over-flowing.
With a few tweaks this place could rate 5-star!
