After days of cruising numerous rug sites, I finally chose a gorgeous rug from Lahome. I didn’t notice the delivery date, but everyday seemed like an eternity! So I sent an email to Lahome.

The nicest person, Jen, answered my note stating that my rug was on the way and to let her know when I received it. She also offered me a discount on future order(s).

In just a few days my order arrived and I let Jen know. She was pleased that I was happy and offered me a bonus discount.

Now I feel so special! When I thought there may be a problem, Jen reached out to me personally. She also wanted to know that my rug was received and if I was pleased. This connection means everything to me and I believe it will be for you too. In our present culture we sometimes feel that we are out there and on our own. Jen made my order her personal mission. I appreciate that.

Bought a beautiful rug from Lahome. Unfortunately the colors did not quite match my furniture so I requested a refund. Due to the high cost of return shipping, the seller offered me a discount on the rug if I would keep it. The discount was fair so I kept the rug. Communication was great with the company and they were prompt in answering my questions. Would buy from again.

Overall I’ve had a great experience with LaHome. I ordered two rugs and received emails promptly with order info. Unfortunately, it took a bit longer than expected to receive my rugs. But, the customer service I received was phenomenal. When I emailed them to inquire about my order I received a reply very quickly explaining the situation. When the rugs arrived they were exactly what I was hoping for. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I wished they would’ve reached out about the delay sooner.

Although I was not happy with the quality of the rug, customer service rep, Jen, was quick to respond to my request to return it. She offered to give 50% refund, no shipping or return hassle and was allowed to donate the rug. Overall, good company to stand up for their products.

Bought the green bug rug originally I’m 5x7, realized I needed the 8x10, very easy to upgrade. Super responsive customer service staff. The rug is my favorite in the house, so beautiful and soft.

I Ordered and 8x10' area rug and my entire family loves how soft it is. The pattern is gorgeous.

I purchased a Claude washable rug directly from Lahome and have felt the designs and quality are really nice for what we are looking for. The colors and patterns are vibrant, the backing seems resilient, and its great with a dog/toddler to be able to wash it if anything goes wrong. We opted for a rug pad to make the thickness feel plush in our common living area, but otherwise everything has turned out really well.

Bought 2 rugs. They're very pretty but much too thin, as there is no backing; a pad is definitely necessary. CS is very good. They stand by their word.

Lahome stayed in contact during the order/shipping process, which was nice. The order arrived fairly quickly and well packaged. But the rug I bought from them was EXACTLY as described - soft, colorful, washable, with a non-skid backing. I love the design and I will definitely be buying from Lahome again. 10/10 experience.

Have just received my third rug and am so very pleased with how beautiful and functional these rugs look. We had same arched and searched for old fashion hand painted canvas rugs but simply could not afford the expense of this type of rug. Lahome rugs have such a variety of these washable rugs and many that look very similar to the antique canvas rugs, we decided to try one. It looked so amazing, we ordered two more and LOVE how they look.

This rug took a month to arrive. It is not at all what I was expecting, very thin, colors not accurate. And now I have emailed La Home 3 times for RA with no response. Stay away from this company.

***UPDATE: I've just received an email with USPS tracking. I'll write back when the rug is delivered. It could be that customer service and marketing are not communicating.***

I ordered a rug and rug grippers from LaHomedecor.com. Within two weeks, they sent out the rug grippers but not the rug. I wrote them and this past week, a company spokesperson wrote saying the rug has been delayed and will not be available to ship until possibly late May 2026. However, I continue to receive emails from LaHome thanking me for my purchase while asking me to review a rug never received/delivered. I have responded and LaHome responds with another email asking how I like the rug.

First of all the product is fantastic. It feels like you are walking on velvet. The designs are unique and beautiful. My dog had an accident on my rug and it puddled up and did not penetrate because of the protective barrier. I bought 2 rugs so far and am ordering 2 more. I bought the green bug rug and the grey wildlife with deer on it. I get so many compliments I can't believe it took me this long to find these rugs. Others do not compare. I LOVE these.

I ordered a rug in March. I still have not received it, but according to the email I received, they say I have already received. Nope, I have not. Where is my rug???

I ordered 2 rugs and one came earlier than the other. When asked when the second one was coming Customer support responded very quickly and was very helpful in explaining timelines. I've now received both rugs and they are exactly as described. The are a great addition to my apartment.
