I love this company. They have great customer service and always deliver in a timely manner. My rugs are so beautiful, and they wash up like a dream. Although I cannot wash them in my machine as I live in a senior apt with a very small washer, I had them picked up, washed and delivered back to me just as perfect as when they were brand new. I will continue to purchase from them in the future. Highly recommend them.

This rug is SO SOFT! You usually can't find a rug that's beautiful, comfortable, AND washable but this rug does it all!

I love LaHome rugs for their interesting patterns. My rugs are soft underfoot and add great interest to the rooms. I use the wand tool to vacuum so it takes a little more time but that’s because I have 5 cats. One of the rugs arrived without the other, customer service was prompt to respond to my email and assured me the rug would arrive, and it did.

I did not get the larger of the two rugs I ordered and so now am out about $150. There is no one to speak with and the BOT tells me to contact the shipper.

I ordered a runner for my kitchen. It took a while for it to ship so I contacted the company. They responded almost immediately and updated the shipping information and it shipped shortly after. The customer service was actually great.And, I LOVE the rug!!

The rug arrived much more quickly than I expected and it was love at first sight! My living room was blue, light blue, grey blue, and dark blue. Seriously. It's also very small as is my entire 1908 home.

As soon as I saw this rug only l online, I knew it was perfect, especially as I could choose the size best for the room. The previous rug was shades of blue and larger which, in retrospect, added to the closed-in feeling of the room. And now I have color! It's exactly as shown online. I've added pillows that match 2 of the rug colors. I honestly could not be more pleased.

Great customer service and styling. My rug was shown as delivered, but I never received it. The customer support staff agreed to resend it to me, with no charge. Hard to find a company today that has this level of customer service. Highly recommend.

I’m really happy with this rug. The jungle animal design is adorable and looks even better in person. The green tones are soft and beautiful, and it adds a lot of character to the room without being too bold. It feels nice underfoot, and the washable feature is a huge plus, especially for a busy home. Great quality and very practical.

I had purchased two Christmas rugs, and pleased with the quality and feel. Ordered a summer rug and it was not the same. Very plastic and unappealing look and feel. After several emails was offered a solution I found acceptable.

I ordered the beautiful rug with all the insects on it for my baby room. It got lost in shipping, unfortunately but I’m here to talk about the customer service I received. I reached out to their Company right away and let them know that the status of my package said delivered, but it never arrived. They were very prompt with their reply and offered to help immediately. They gave me a few things to do, including waiting and to reach back out after sometime had gone by if I hadn’t received it. After reaching back out to them because my rug never arrived, they were so kind and professional, then offered to make it right. After confirming my shipping address, they are going to send me another rug and I am so grateful. I will be ordering more rugs in the future with the confidence that Lahome decor will make sure my order is received, and I am happy.

I discovered Lahome via Pinterest. Based on what seems to be a thoughtful and affordable option, I immediately placed an order. Communication was clear and kind and delivery swift. I was surprised it arrived folded vs rolled, but took little time to flatten. The quality is actually better than I expected based on the price and experience w textiles. The rug looks puuuurfect. The rug I ordered was beautiful; however, I had a loveseat that clashed with one of the colors in the rug. Customer service was expeditious in responding to my inquiry with options. The expense and hassle of me returning the rug was offset by Lahome offering a partial refund and for me to keep the rug. I am happy with my experience.

Didn’t like the rug I ordered. They contacted me and are giving me a refund so I’m happy with their customer service.

Waiting for my replacement as you read this. Unfortunately we believe it got stolen off our porch and customer service has been amazing at helping us get a new one!
