Incredibly professional yet personable experience. From the moment we expressed interest right through to the time and space created to ensure complete satisfaction wth our choice. Best shopping experience
Dropped into to your Edinburgh store and was greeted by Chris Smiley… an hour later left with a Rolex deepsea…. The customer service that I received on the day and since from Chris and your Edinburgh team was the best that I’ve ever received and was beyond my expectations!
Chris has since sourced me an omega speedmaster (white dial) that I picked up a few days ago… and yet again the attentive nature , professionalism and knowledge of Chris and the rest of the team was exemplary!
Looking forward to my next visit and purchase!

Excellent experience from start to finish
I had a great experience at Laing’s recently. The whole process felt calm, professional and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Chris in particular was excellent to deal with. He was knowledgeable, approachable and made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. There was no pressure at any point and everything was handled with care and attention to detail. A really positive first experience and somewhere I’d be happy to return to in the future.
